    I'm quite sure Rex thought about all of this before letting him go, and would have had a plan in place had he thought is was an issue, a la Freddie to Seattle. Therefore, not too concerned.

    Its not just that we have a real OC, its that we don't have a HC trying to be an OC instead of doing his job.

    They are serious and this is why they will keep him. I've come 180 degrees on this since starting to read the thread, 4 mil is not a lot at this late stage and we may need a third QB to step in late. This is the best QB situation we could have hoped for this year.
