this makes more sense. hadn't thought about the arm in PS angle. and I do hope he surprises us, I just have a lot of faith in Allen as our franchise QB. -

JA has to fight for his job? -
1) Oliver = #1 defensive player in the draft, at 9! Future HOF. 2) Ford = great line builder 3) Joseph = didn't think we needed more D but what a great value pick 4) Singletary = I didn't like this at first. I didn't. But when you think forward 3 years, this may be a great pick. 5) Knox = safe bet, despite numbers at Ole Miss he will contribute and lets face it, we needed a decent but not necessarily great TE. none of them are bad. we are crushing the draft. GO BILLS!

Ive also seen many articles describing Oliver as the best defensive player in the draft. That he wanted to come here is amazing. He is going to epic from day 1. Winner: The Bills' defensive line: Congratulations, Bills, You got to watch Houston defensive lineman Ed Oliver, the best defensive player in this class, fall to your ninth overall pick, and you were smart enough to draft him. Now, let me give you a bit of advice. Don't do what Houston's coaches did and play him at nose tackle 65% of the time. Instead, make him a 3-tech tackle who can flex out to end, and watch him use his generational combination of power, speed, and leverage terrorize the other quarterbacks and running backs in the AFC East and beyond. Comparisons have been made to Aaron Donald, but Oliver reminds me more of Hall-of-Fame defensive tackle John Randle in his furious, unstoppable style. (Tommy Gilligan-USA TODAY Sports) -

Your favorite Bills conspiracy theory?
JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im not sure you all know what a "conspiracy theory" is ... K. Davis has the best one. Its in Four Falls of Buffalo. He says just as Norwood made the kick, one of the military helicopters patrolling (we were at war with Iraq) swooped in and the rotor wash made the kick veer to the right. Were there Giants fans in the cockpit? The truth is out there! -

They only need to really know about 10 teams to keep the majority of NFL fans tuning in … Pats, Cowboys, Packers, a few others. FWIW, Bill Polian when on NFL radio consistently supports McDermott and JA. -

I love this. In December we can change the home game battle cry to "Winter is here!" Having just binge watched season 7, my personal moniker has become: "I drink, and I know things." -
How can we not be all in on Metcalf now?

the combine is the SAT of sports. Easily gamed by someone good at taking tests.
