  1. I expect him to miss every single kick outside of 40 yards. And extra points seem like a 75% proposition at this time
  2. I agree. He was crazy careless with the ball quite a bit in that game. He was just a hot mess in general and very lucky not to have a couple of picks to make his horrendous stat line even worse.
  3. I'm expecting Monday night to be thoroughly unwatchable.
  4. Two issues. First, is that without a healthy Shakir, our receivers absolutely suck. They're a bottom barrel garbage feeding group without Shakir. Second, Josh isn't a great anticipatory thrower. He's great at delivering accurate bullets when guys get separation. Stick the two together and you get a 9-30, 131 yard nauseating mess of a performance.
  5. If you wouldn't have posted this after the Jacksonville game two weeks ago, and are willing to post it after a 3 point loss on a 58 yard field goal, then, yes, it's a knee jerk emotional response. As for your question, I also follow Padres baseball (live in SD) and UCLA football/basketball (alma mater). None of my major routing interests have ever reached the top of the mountain while I've been a fan (missed UCLA's last bball championship by 2 years). And I grew up going to every Bills home game for 12 years as a kid in the 80s/90s). Between wide right, homerun throwback and stuff like the below with UCLA, I know your pain. 😜
  6. Geez, this board is really slipping of late. Can't believe some of the knee jerk responses/threads I've seen in the last 21 hours.
  7. Skipping practice due to usage? Sounds like a real team player to me. And in what universe is this WR #1 production? https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/stats/_/id/4361432/romeo-doubs Are we just trolling now regarding the WR situation?
  8. No. I have no interest in an aging wide receiver. We chased the aging defensive end and look where that got us. This was always a bit of a retooling season anyway. And we didn't lose the game against the Ravens because of a lack of weapons, but because we were destroyed on both lines and outcoached. Be patient and wait for the draft and free agency to bring in that extra weapon for next year.
  9. The more important question is whether this is enough money to bring in a second kicker.
  10. Cook, Shakir and Kincaid all have big playmaking ability. Coleman with a big drop, but bounced back with some nice contested catches. You always look like crap when you get dominated. Sometimes you're the big, and that was the Bills tonight.
  11. Got our @zz kicked tonight. Not the end of the world and plenty of teaching opportunities for our young LBs and safeties. Josh and Brady have to learn to trust the system and stick to the game plan. We might be in it right now if not for that stupid play call. This should get every single player's attention this week. I expect us to bounce back next week.
  12. 8 receptions for 90 yards through three games? He'd fit in perfectly here. Get 'er done Beane!
  13. Milano's injury could almost be a blessing in disguise. Allows Williams to have the needed playing time to develop while also giving Milano's lower body an even longer chance to heal and get stronger.
  14. Love Shakir. If I were in the market for a jersey, that's the one I'd grab. He's going to have a long and successful career here. He's our Hines Ward.
  15. I've always liked the tune, but isn't it about a *******? And no offense to some of our posters here, but isn't it a little embarrassing to be celebrating to this song on the football field? Edit: you seriously cannot type out "c(l)uckold" on this board?
  16. Voltz bringing the receipts. Kudos on this call, brother.
  17. Shohei's a GOAT, but my Pads are coming for your Dodgers tonight.
  18. Based on weeks 1-3, Brady seems to have developed a perfect offense for our QB and current cast of skill players. So I'm feeling pretty good overall, but want to see how we look against some stiffer competition the next few weeks before drawing any firm conclusions. There are many twists and turns over the course of 18 weeks.
  19. Eyeball test says yes, but Mahomes always manages to pull a rabbit out of the hat in a way that I've never seen from another player in my lifetime (started watching in 85). I'm still viewing Mahomes and Josh as equals until we knock them off in the playoffs.
  20. I'm obviously loving what we've seen against these bottom feeding Florida teams. Real test begins this week.
  21. Might be in all honesty. It's up there with the Pats game.
  22. Yes. Obviously love being at the actual games with fans, but when watching on TV I prefer to be alone. The only exception is when I'm visiting my folks and watching with Mom and Dad. We are all on the same doomer wavelength, so it's fun to commiserate with them. 🤣
  23. Seriously, who cares? The guy is just speaking his mind on a podcast. And Brady's a big boy with 7 rings. I'm sure he can take the heat and really doesn't care what Baker and a few disgruntled former teammates think.
