  1. I've been nervous heading into our last few games with Miami, but I think they are cooked at this point. Assuming we don't have a bunch of unforced errors, I expect a romp this weekend and a stress free final 1.5 quarters.
  2. It got a little ugly towards the end, but Diggs provided us with some great memories and he did help elevate Josh into a God-tier level QB. I hope it's just a sprain.
  3. Win the next two and it makes even the worst case scenario during the subsequent brutal 4 game stretch survivable. 10-4 would be a dream scenario IMO (and probably means we've already clinched the East).
  4. Yep. As of this morning, he's projected to finish with a little less than 850 yards. That's a heck of a rookie season if it comes to fruition.
  5. Probably already mentioned, but it's pretty wild to see 4 of the 2018 draft class QBs in the top 6 in passer rating as of today. Where's Josh Rosen these days? Edit: just looked it up...he's at Wharton business school. Good for him.
  6. He's coming of an achilles injury. There was no way he was going to be ready to impact on the field early this season. Not sure what the hell the Rams were thinking TBH. I'd bring him in if he was released and let him nurse himself back to health with an eye on 2025. There's still a chance he could be a good depth or 2nd corner in 2025. He knows the system and fits it well.
  7. I think Shakir and/or Kincaid are about to elevate their production big-time with the addition of Cooper. I've been hammering the "Shakir is a poor man's Andre Reed" angle for awhile now, and I think we're about to see it come to fruition.
  8. It's literally right in front of him. He's staring at it from 5 feet away!
  9. NFL refs are a friggin joke.
  10. I didn't realize he was just 28. I thought he was older for some reason. Under contract through 2025 with an option year in 2026? If we could retain one of our 2025 or 2026 first rounders, I'd definitely think about it. But that would pretty much preclude us from an Amari Cooper or other WR1 signing. Seems like we'd have to prioritize WR1 vs Elite Edge.
  11. Yeah, they're really not alike at all. Coleman's game reminds me more of like a Michael Irvin type (not that he's anywhere close to Irvin's level at this point). There's a smoothness and athleticism there that Gabe Davis clearly lacks.
  12. Don't get me wrong. I'd love an elite punter and if we can upgrade in the offseason (or somehow during the season) then I'm all for it. I just don't view him as a liability at this point the way I do with Bass.
  13. Martin is fine. He had a rough day yesterday statistically which is bringing his season numbers down quite a bit. Looking at his gamelog, he's been an average punter until yesterday. And his coverage team didn't do him much of a favor when he hit that nice one inside the five and they were completely fooled by the fake fair catch. Also, for those at the game, was he punting into the wind a bunch yesterday? Just wondering. He came through with a big punt from his endzone at the end of the Texans game. Unfortunately, we still managed to blow that one.
  14. You've got to be kidding me. Ugh.
  15. Lucked out there, but the defense is still a sieve.
  16. Haha. I love that he did that at the exact moment I submitted my post. 🤣
  17. Drake Maye is looking the part today. Throws a nice ball and the game appears to be slowing down for him. Then again, it's the Jaguars.
  18. We only have him under contract for 11 regular season games. I'd hope we play him immediately.
  19. Nice draft pick. You could see the potential last year. Now he's starting to realize it.
  20. He looked like Jared Lorenzen. Not that there's anything wrong with that!
  21. Yes, and compare that with his 12/14 from 40+ during the 2022 season. The dude's performance has fallen off a cliff.
  22. I love this trade. We should again be a potent offense once he gets acclimated.
  23. Josh Allen isn't going to be in his prime forever. Giving up a third rounder isn't the end of the world. And there are potentially expendable assets that we can trade to recoup it down the line.
