  1. I agree. I doubt they called that. It was supposed to be a sneak and push. Huntley just made an idiotic play.
  2. It ain't easy to win in the playoffs. Every one of these games is illustrating that point.
  3. When it was 24-20 and we were punting the ball away, we were literally dead in the water. Zero momentum. Zero luck to that point. All three units totally out of sync. That was the gutcheck moment of the season. They somehow pulled a Lazarus and made just enough plays to pull it out and prevent a monumental upset. That took some cajones.
  4. And exactly no one here believes that to be the case.
  5. We came out with our hair on fire, but I think the overrule on the third score (Knox drop) immediately followed by Bass kicking it OOB, just sort of took the air out of the balloon and opened up Pandora's Sloppy Ass Football Box like we've seen on a handful of occasions this season. By the time we got reengaged and into the game again, the Fins had tied the game and really believed they could win and we were in hold on for dear life mode. I'm just relieved that we escaped and will get to play one more week. Anything can happen from here on out, but I do agree with the OP that I'm very very concerned about the front four against Cincy or KC. We will have to play very clean football on offense and win some shootouts the next two weeks if we want a SB.
  6. Nothing is going our way. Crazy
  7. Lack of time outs is gonna cost us.
  8. Unbelievably stupid. Deserve to lose this game.
  9. Agreed. We've outgained them by 160 yards. If Shakir doesn't drop that ball it's 24-9 at halftime.
  10. As long as it doesn't last for more than four hours then you'll be fine.
  11. Dolphins brought friggin 7 men on that 3rd and 15. Nuts.
  12. I called this with my friends and family when it was 27-0. I've lived in San Diego for a decade.
  13. Hurts had a great year, no doubt. You can definitely make an argument for him based on the numbers. I just think he really benefitted from having a very weak schedule and a much stronger supporting cast than Josh, but that's not Hurts' fault.
  14. Yep. I'd love to complement Cook and Hines with a big, strong, one cut and go type of guy - like what we had with Karlos Williams during his lone season.
  15. Hurts is the shiny new toy and he was having a great season (albeit against a Charmin soft schedule) before his injury. But yeah, it's hard to see him making it over Allen and Burrow.
  16. Wow. Heck of an honor for Milano! Way more impressive than a Pro Bowl selection.
  17. The guy is made of glass. Putting him out there in week 18 for a meaningless game has to be one of the dumbest decisions of all time. You absolutely needed his playmaking ability if you were going to make a run in the postseason. Staley is an idiot. Any other organization in the NFL would can his @zz, but luckily for him, he has a cheapskate owner who is about 3x as dumb as he is. Never forget that Spanos fired a 14-2 Schottenheimer and replaced him with Norv freakin Turner.
  18. Thanks. I hadn't read that anywhere. I was assuming the he was put in the 21 day window since he was completely cleared to play. That's the way the reporting made it seem a few days ago. I knew he'd been wearing the red jersey, but I thought it was just because he was working his way back from the lengthy absence. If he hasn't been cleared for contact, then it seems that placing him in the 21 day activation window was, at best, a Hail Mary by the Bills, and it's really much ado about nothing as for our hopes of seeing him play this postseason.
  19. I've already got a hotel room booked in Phoenix that weekend. Now I just need the Bills to get there.
