Jones' injury appears to be more serious given that it's been announced he'll undergo surgery. You're looking at a likely 5-6 month recovery for Jones before he's back to 100%.
In the very best case scenario, that would be the very first week or so of full physical activity after a tibial fracture. I can't really see a scenario where he plays before next season.
