  1. Did anybody hit the jackpot on the SOL run-up? I made a nice chunk of change, but wish I would have gone in stronger at the start.
  2. Josh: *shrugs*...*throws for 500 yards and 5 TDs*
  3. We only did it for Brady because he loves dildos, and we wanted to show our respect to the GOAT. Haven't heard the same about Big Ben.
  4. I had convinced myself that I didn't hate Brady, but I'm not so sure anymore after watching his post game interview. Lol
  5. We'll see. This Ty'Son kid should be wearing preventative knee braces the way things are going for the Ravens at the moment.
  6. Peters must have mistaken the ambulance for a bus.
  7. Holy cow!!! Step away from the keyboard! No one doubts Lamar's ability to win lots of games in the regular season with his legs and dump off passes to his TEs and RBs. But the fact remains that in 37 career regular season starts, he's averaged a little over 150 passing yards/game. Admittedly, that jumps to around 195 yards/game if you remove the stats from his rookie season. Still, that is an absurdly low passing yardage total in today's modern game. So analysts and fans have been right to question if such an approach can remain effective for the long term and against better teams in the playoffs. So far, Lamar has failed his playoff tests (1-3 win/loss record, 3 TDs to 5 INTs, and a passer rating of 68.3....pee-ew). Until he performs in the playoffs and takes his team to the Super Bowl (because of him, not in spite of him), he's going to continue to have his doubters. It has nothing to do with his race. Just as the doubts about Josh's accuracy had nothing to do with his race. Or the same for Jake Locker. Or Taysom Hill. Or Tebow. Etc.
  8. Crazy! My Lamar Jackson FF selection is looking better with each passing practice.
  9. I voted yes on Oliver. No on the other two. I like Davis, but last year was sort of a breakout year already. And Josh has a lot of mouths to feed with Sanders in the mix. I could see 700-800 yards, but not more than that.
  10. I like how the other guys don't even react. They're so used to these two dudes playing grab-azz with each other it doesn't even register.
  11. Does anyone else find a lot of these Instagram "models" disgusting? They look sloppy and crass. I for one have no interest in having my girl's butt hanging out for every kid with an internet connection to ogle.
  12. Hell no. There are still a lot of doubters out there who will seemingly never come to terms with the improvement in Josh's accuracy, and trust me, Josh is aware of them and is working like a madman to permanently shut them up. Assuming a healthy season from Josh and his supporting crew, I expect him to absolutely torch the league this year and put up a top-5 all-time season for a QB, win his first MVP and take us to the Super Bowl. He will leave no doubters, except for a pathetic few that will pivot to calling Josh a witch.
  13. The Local will be open early for the Bills game. I guarantee it. It's a huge group that they cater to.
  14. The new reporter looks like she's about 4' tall. She and Maddy Glab probably don't break 9' between the two of them. https://twitter.com/agetzenberg/status/1435247557500973074/photo/1 All kidding aside, Alaina, if you're reading this, welcome to the Bills family.
  15. Here you go. I've been many times. Good folks. In Pacific Beach. http://www.sdbillsbackers.com/?fbclid=IwAR1nfrrGgIoWR1FpomwxK4btSDEyrquQP457LhyxEG3V37IiMfHYsOxU1VQ
  16. I've lived in SF, LA, DC and SD, eaten at plenty of fine restaurants and the Left Bank's food stacks up. Nice atmosphere too.
  17. Haven't bothered reading the thread, but just...NO. NO NO NO NO NO.
  18. Most of the national pundits are riding our jock at the moment, so it makes sense to grab some attention by going against the grain and picking against us, especially since our rabid fan base will go nuts and give them the clicks and comments they're seeking. I woke up this morning and Mike Clay of ESPN had us ranked #8 in his power rankings, and I was like, "WTF is this guy an idiot?". My heart rate elevated, my face turned red, and then I realized he won...lol.
  19. He's more like Hercules, a demigod.
  20. Desean Watson is a much more apt Brett Favre comparison.
  21. I do worry our lack of speed could become an issue. And looking at our top 4 WRs and top 2 RBs, you can see why McBeane kept Breida and Stevenson (along with McKenzie). Those are really the only guys who can threaten a defense with pure speed.
  22. Hmmmnn. They've got a great group of TE's and a nice stable of RBs. Good defense too. I mean I still think we win the division, but I expect the Pats to make the playoffs if Mac Jones plays average ball. You are selling Harris short. 700 yards in 10 games and a 5.0 ypc. He's a top tier runner. And Stevenson has looked great in preseason. They'll make Jones's life much easier. Just run play action off that.
  23. My wife said the same thing to me before she moved in with my best friend.
  24. I've got my fingers crossed for you! I was diagnosed with bone cancer in 1988, right at the beginning of our great run, and watching the Bills and being there in Rich Stadium during those years, albeit bald and sickly, definitely helped me make it through a couple of tough years as a kid. Let this current team be a similar respite for you during this time (should you need it).
