  1. After the Bills win over the Lions, Joe Buscaglia and Matthew Fairburn -- along with special guests Tim Graham and even a cameo from John Wawrow -- discuss the changes Josh Allen has made to the way people think about the Bills and their future with his performances over the last month. Joe B: 7 Observations from Bills - Lions (WKBW) — After two straight weeks of knocking on the door, the Buffalo Bills battled back from a six-point deficit in the second half to steal a win against the Detroit Lions, while simultaneously putting a stake in their opponents' playoff hopes. With the 14-13 victory, the Bills improved to 5-9 on the season in yet another chapter for a team that seemingly gets younger by the week. Josh Allen bounced back from a three-turnover performance last week against the New York Jets to lead his team to a victory while accounting for a high percentage of his team's offense along the way. And even though Allen had some more moments to learn from, at the end of the day, he helped the Bills to a win. How did it all happen? Seven observations from the Bills' victory over the Lions: 1) Allen learned from mistakes, but must also improve in some areas still 2) What to make of Robert Foster 3) Poyer, defense shines down the stretch 4) The Tre'Davious White conundrum 5) The shift at tight end continues 6) The running game won't be fixed until 2019 7) Boettger (finally!) gets in Bills MVP: S Jordan Poyer - Two huge tackles on the final drive of the game helped cinch the win for the Bills. This award also could have gone to Josh Allen or Robert Foster, but Poyer came up huge in a big spot and was great all game. Bills LVP: LT Dion Dawkins - The left tackle is taking penalties and is losing some reps, and you have to wonder what his future is at left tackle is -- or if they consider a position switch in the offseason. He needs a solid response over the next two weeks. Up Next: The Bills will take on the New England Patriots in their final road game of the season, on Sunday, December 23 at 1:00 pm. Draft Order Update: Through 14 games, the Bills currently hold the 10th overall selection. With the victory, they dropped down four spots. Had they lost to Detroit, they would have held the 5th overall pick through 14 games.

  5. Ball game! Go home Patsies!
  6. He hadn't done anything to warrant being signed. He was terrible in his 1st stint and was putting forth no effort to become a better player.
  7. Terrific decision Tommy boy!
  8. Another strong game from Shaq Lawson today. Trent who?
  9. 1 – Robert Foster turning into Bills No. 1 WR On an offense starved for a number one wide receiver, Robert Foster has put together a pretty impressive rookie season for an undrafted player. Coming into the game leading all NFL rookie receivers since Week 12 with 82.5 receiving yards a game. On Sunday, the receiver known by his teammates as ‘Big Play Rob,’ upped the ante providing the Buffalo offense with the go-ahead touchdown in the fourth quarter and his third 100-yard receiving day of the season. “The line stayed real good in protection. Our outside post took his guy, he ended up falling,” said Josh Allen. “Robert was running away from his guy and I put it up and made a real good play and catch on the ball and some yards after the catch and got in the end zone. It was big play for us.” A big factor indeed as it proved to provide the game-winning points after Stephen Hauschka put the point after attempt up and through with just over 10 minutes left in regulation. “It was beautiful. It was a perfect pass,” said Foster of his 42-yard scoring play. “That’s what practice is for. We practice it that over and over and over again and we came down with it in the game and it played a big factor.” Foster had four catches for 108 yards on Sunday to surprisingly up his yards per catch average to an incomprehensible 24.6 yards per catch. The rookie receiver also had a major hand in the team’s first scoring drive of the game. After pulling in a 28-yard catch down the right sideline from Allen to move the Bills into Detroit territory, he drew a 43-yard pass interference penalty on the next play. It set Buffalo up for a 1st-and-goal at the Lions four-yard line. Two plays later, Josh Allen scrambled into the end zone for his sixth rushing touchdown of the season.
