1. He had little bargaining power with the market dried up, but who knows what the conversation was. 2. McDermott will be McDermoot if he makes many more decisions like what has transpired with Peterman.

1. Highly dependent on what they discussed prior to him signing his UFA deal. 2. I would hope there is a culture for open and honest conversation that is very much valued even when it goes against McDermott's feeling.
