That's an impractical way to find and develop a QB with the way the CBA restricts offseason time at the team facility and even practice reps during the season. The better plan is to invest in the supporting cast to make the players around him as good as possible just as PHI, KC, LAR, and CHI have done with their young QBs.

Agreed. Anderson was never that good to begin with and with him being rustier than a 100 year old nail in settled in the bottom of the ocean you couldn't realistically expect too much out of him.

That would be tragic for the franchise given what they gave up to get him. I cannot see them being that impatient with "their guy" and he has to develop into a franchise QB or there will be bad outcomes for the team and the current regime.
