  1. 11-23: Brian Daboll on WGR (8:58) #Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll joins Howard Simon right now on WGR! Daboll - Having Derek Anderson here really has helped Josh in terms of understanding how a quarterback prepares on a regular basis. Allen is always learning in practice and from the sidelines. However, there's no substitute for playing and facing live action. #Bills Daboll - I think Josh has tried to ask the right questions for Anderson and understand how to be a professional. #Bills Daboll - I think every part of his game has been getting better. We want to continue to grow him on a weekly basis. He's such a young player, and what a test this week will be to face this Jacksonville defense. #Bills Daboll on Isaiah McKenzie - He's a smaller guys with good short-space quickness, he's good with the ball in his hands. I think Beane and McDermott have done a great job of trying to help us as a football team. #Bills Daboll - You have to execute no matter what you're running on offense. Having skill is always a benefit as long as you can execute well. #Bills Daboll - The Jaguars have some very good players. Some good perimeter players with Ramsey and Bouye, good safeties. The defense is very good and they have the stats to back it up. #Bills Bills Today: GM Brandon Beane Assesses Where the Offense Can Improve
  2. I doubt that this is happening. It's not legal by NFL rule and teams have been fined and have lost draft picks for doing this.
  3. He got a contract that pays him $16M per year so he's really paid the price. NFL teams obviously didn't give a hoot about this non issue that you keep whining about. If you were impacted by his statement that was specifically directed at a few hecklers, then I feel sad for you. Super Bowl? The team wasn't good enough for that. My point is It's been almost two seasons. Maybe they finally will address the need, but it's been a major roster void since 2017 preseason and that's simply not acceptable in today's NFL with the passing game essential to success on offense. It's one of the very reasons the offense has been so putrid in 2018 and they are finally waking up to this. I should ignore all of it as the last time I had this much interaction with you, you were yelling about Nathan Peterman being a good change for the Bills' offense before the Chargers game in LA.
  4. Scouting Report - Week 12 - Bills vs. Jaguars Top 3 Individual Matchups Jerry Hughes vs. Ereck Flowers Taron Johnson vs. Dede Westbrook Jordan Mills vs. Calais Campbell Bills Top 2 Advantages Good advantage – Pass defense Best advantage - Run defense Bills Number 1 Must Be the better defense Scouting Eye Deep six Run and run again Upside down Pass pro issues Fumble issues
  5. He didn't say it to you yet you care which seems to me makes your affront childish. They made the playoffs with a negative point differential which was great, but are they a perennial contender? Nope! So big whoop in the end. Crying? It's part of the conversation as to why the receiving corps has been so poor in the last two seasons. They have yet to effectively replace him with a deep threat that defenses are obliged to respect.
  6. I just hope there are lessons learned by Beane and McDermott that changes their approach to offense and I too want to see how Allen and other young players are progressing.
  7. You'll be rewarded in heaven.
  8. He wasn't talking to me, so I don't care. Yeah, so we got Matthews and Gaines who couldn't stay on the field due to injuries. Good point. Here we go with the silly go root for another team response. Good one.
  9. Not a good football player, but definitely a good man which is a heckuva lot more important.
  10. Absolutely Horrendous Football in those seasons.
  11. They should have drafted Orakpo like many of us wanted them to.
  12. Pretty unforgettable performance in an otherwise nondescript conest. Gary Marangi.
  13. Hilarious! Seemed to fit in just fine with LA and now KC. Yet he was unworthy of playing with the mighty Buffalo Bills the pardigm of the league. Yeah okay.
  14. You joined here in April and you think you know what I have been advocating for. I find that funny.
  15. Like many WRs. Another falsehood regarding what he said on Social Media that was targeted specifically at those who were harrassing him. If you were not one of them, it wasn't directed at you.
  16. As if you know better right here on TSW with the same Armchair GMs. I'm sure he and Snead wanted a plug and play established player in Cooks whom he knew would fulfill the deep threat role that Watkins vacated up his exit in UFA.
  17. Locker room cancer? He complained about not getting the ball enough and he was right. He was focsued on numbers to help the team win, but that hardly made him a cancer. The Rams did want to retain him, but underestimated the WR market in UFA. After he signed with KC, they didn't think the incoming class of WRs were worthy of a 1st round pick, so they made the deal to get Cooks.
  18. So much of what I bolded is simply made up or incorrect.
  19. Sexton-Oehser Keys: Jaguars-Bills Oehser … 1.Run – and run some more. 2.Make the rookie play … like a rookie. 3.Get something – anything – from the passing offense. Sexton … 1.Get the quarterback. 2.Run. 3.Make a play.
