Letting Josh coach himself was the incorrect decision

Fire Dorsey is an easy chant. -
MNF Thread - Chargers at Jets (No comments about the Bills here)

Aaron Rodgers likes Zach and Rodgers is Zach's idol. That's it. No matter the record, IF Rodgers is ready to come back Wilson would never be a problem. -

This is one of the problems, IMO. Everyone, including Beane, works for McDermott. That's not exactly unheard of, but usually it's a coach who has proven himself first. Then Dorsey works for Allen, basically. Of course not "officially." Remember when Allen commented (a few years back) that if he didn't love it they aren't running it? Yeah, well it seemed like Daboll's response was that he'll take it under advisement. Now run the damn play. I feel like Dorsey's response would be "yes sir!" The hierarchy is muddled. -

I like McDermott and think he's a great defensive mind. That said, it's time for people to feel a bit uncomfortable. That's how you grow. Time for an OC that isn't someone's "buddy" but has real credentials on offense. Daboll can be a real you know what, he's not some loveable teddy bear. Daboll was the boss of the offense. Dorsey seems like a colleague. -
I think it's the opposite. To me, Allen (and McDermott) both come across as wanting more than anything in the world to win for this team and this city. What I've noticed is that Josh just sounds defeated. I keep saying it, but Josh's "same s*** different day" comment right after the week 1 loss to the Jets was a window into his mindset. Same ***? It was week 1! It's one game and already the "here we go again" stuff was there. That tells me there is long-term frustration and discontent that is real and not something we can wish away when national reporters (who ALWAYS have Bills scoops over the local Buffalo guys) report on it. I think that comes from not knowing what to do to fix things and get the offense back, and the frustration that comes from that. To work like crazy, prepare, study, practice and then come up with those results on a regular basis now has got to eat away at you. You can "work harder" all you want but if your effort is going in the wrong direction it doesn't matter.

I think McDermott is the problem. That's probably why there's bad blood with him and Daboll. McDermott wanted a wimpy boring offense and Daboll just did whatever he wanted. And it worked and everyone loved it, which probably hurt McDermott's pride. Then his beloved defense blew the 13 seconds game. Obviously everyone on the team was aware of the tension and I'll bet many sided with Daboll. His side of the ball was rolling. Now Dorsey is just some guy that Josh hoped would be Daboll but McDermott can control him so it's bland vanilla offense

Agreed there

Right! Sal is the king of saying things that are technically true but totally ignore context. Nobody watching that game tonight who isn't a Bills fan thinks it was a back and forth battle. The Bengals dominated the game and when we got close near the end they slammed the door with what looked like ease.
-
Wait til old Coach Sal gets on tomorrow to tell you everything is great and the team just lost a close, one score game to a team everyone thinks is a SB contender. As if it wasn't totally one sided until we scored late to make it interesting for one play until the Bengals ended it
-
We did not go "toe to toe" we got dominated and scored a late TD to make it somewhat interesting. This was the Bucs TNF game in reverse.

Ravens and Bengals are the AFCs best right now

Between the rumors of Diggs being upset and thinking the window is closed and Florio with his Jenga tower crap after every single Bills loss I wonder if there really is some serious problem behind the scenes. Not sure why or what it is because the record is the same as a lot of other teams that are showing a ton of passion and energy. Our guys don't look like they're having any fun at all. When Allen started his presser on opening night with "same s different day" I'm starting to think it meant something

Let's say we finish with a bad record or even miss the playoffs. McDermott is still getting another year. Then, they make the wildcard and come up short. That buys him another year or two. It's the curse of a great QB paired with a mediocre HC
-
I'm worried we peaked at 13 seconds. That team was unstoppable on offense and just felt like a team of destiny. Ever since it has felt like we're flat
-
Oh we will. All the draft capital and money will go to the defense
-
We're just not a Super Bowl team this year. Someone else said it but this has been a totally unenjoyable season.
-
There we go!
-
Hurry up!
-
But you know he wins a lot of games... We're the Rivers Chargers. Tons of talent held back by mediocre coaching but enough wins each year to keep Norv Turner employed forever

Tough challenge to win
-
Late hits are ok against defensive players. Player safety
-
It seems like whoever we play their WR catch everything
-
Kincaid is a promising player but he jumps forward a lot with the ball and you could see a fumble coming

Ugh
