Outside of Baltimore the top AFC teams are pretty finesse and soft NFC has more balanced tougher teams imo NE had won most of their Super Bowls as a smash mouth team. When they were finesse and scored tons of points and only threw it they lost

Zeke and Kimara/Ingram are better than NE running game Pretend you're playing the Titans. Stop the run and make Brady throw. The more he throws the more chances you gave to hit him. He tossed 3 int to KC yesterday and he really never faced pressure

When that happens KC will turn into the current version of the Seahawks Decent team who goes nowhere due to lack of balance and depth

KC had the 31st ranked defense all season That's why KC lost games where the offense put up 40 and 50 points. Still they somehow picked Brady off 3 times in a game where NE moved the ball at will. Shut down the running game and you stop NE.

Rams won the line of scrimmage vs Cowboys and Saints Saints went up early but Rams D made adjustments For me, the Rams are KC with almost as good an offense, an immensely better D, better special teams and better coaching So I think they have a decent shot.

Brady threw 3 INT against a garbage defense on a day where NE moved the ball at will One didn't count, thanks to Ford. But still... Rams D has shut down 2 top running games this post season

Rams stopped Zeke and the Dallas run game Rams stopped Saints running game Both of those running games were strong. I like the Rams chances of limiting NEs run game Now... If the Rams can run the ball they have a real shot.

I'm the real issue is nobody generating pressure on Brady You have to hit him early and often. If you don't then you're in big trouble

Yup If you have a good defense it's almost an advantage to kick off. Get a 3 and out make them punt and get it back with great field possession needing only a FG to win it

Brady and Belichick both coming back next year makes it a lot less pressure for me If they win someone still gets the chance to knock them out next season. They won't necessarily go out on top. That makes it easier

NE still had all 3 timeouts So KC runs 3 times for no gain, NE takes all 3 timeouts KC punts and Brady gets the ball around his 25-30 with about a minute left, down 4 against that crappy defense to win in regulation It would not have done much other than delay the inevitable. People act like that was the game for sure. Far from it. One deep PI and a few wide open completions and NE is right back in the red zone
