One of my favorite things in sports is a big sloppy 340+ pound DT, preferably one with a nasty streak.

I don't condone it but the game was over. Save the body for when it matters. No big deal.

It's not coaching... The defensive front 7 lacks talent. They are small and soft. Hughes does a spin and gets blocked out of the way every play. Oliver is invisible. I have no idea who the other DL even are and other than watching them drop like bowling pins I couldn't tell you anything about them. Secondary players are finesse guys who make big plays when the DL rushes the QB. Can't blame them when the front 7 could all out blitz and somehow not get pressure.

The team has just seemed flat for some reason.

Star was basically an immoveable object at DT. He would tie up 2 OL every play and still held his ground. People got on him because he didn't pile up stats.

Between Epenesa and Oliver there is a trend here of smaller DL that just get swallowed up

Jordan is easily 350 lbs...

Hughes is a non factor every week. Murphy is benched. That's a lot of $$ for no production. Tonight Jordan Phillips has a forced fumble and a recovered fumble.

Spain and Feliciano are awesome. I get Feliciano is hurt but Spain is an enormous, angry man.... Why is he not starting?

Spain and Feliciano are our guards. We need both back. The attitude and size is missing. The D is missing leadership. Lorax was an emotional leader. Shaq was a smack talker who made plays. Phillips I personally miss the most. A 350 lb DT who "only" pass rushes and piles up sacks. Lol Yeah, that's awful! I wish someone on our current D could do that. So now we have a 280 lb mini DT who is invisible. Defense needs size and attitude.

Diggs getting frustrated... Defense melting down... Can we re sign Lorax? Leadership is missing.
