Being the OC for a great QB and great offense is the fastest way to a HC job. Look at some of these guys getting interviews for the jobs open now... Some spent like 5 minutes with a great QB and all of a sudden they're interviewing for HC positions! We would have the pick of OC talent

Allen is a top 5 QB for sure. IMO he and Mahomes are the top 2 QBs in the NFL. Watching all the games this weekend these are the best 2 teams by far

Football is funny because a lot of times you win when it seems like you shouldn't and lose when it seems like you should win.. It's true for a lot of teams, even Brady. Losses 2 SB to the Giants but beats the Rams by scoring 10 points or whatever it was. The key is being in the final 2-4 teams in the conference a bunch of times so you have a bunch of shots at it. When you're good eventually you'll break through.

That's why we need a free agent DE who is proven. Great if the young guys come on but we need proven pressure
