  1. Blackshear with the gift for the Broncos
  2. There's so much bad football this season. Maybe 8-9 teams are actually good
  3. Houston fights hard but just doesn't have the talent
  4. I hate watching Brady win. Bucs going all the way
  5. Well the Jets Bears game at least became interesting, which is not something I would have predicted
  6. LoL... Imagine being a backup... Getting your shot... And hurting an oblique during warmups! That sucks
  7. Benford started off well so that's encouraging for the future. Glad to see he'll be able to heal up
  8. Go Browns. A Tampa loss is my main rooting interest. That and hopefully some interesting close games on RedZone
  9. Sounds to me like he will play again this season, even if it's in limited situations in the playoffs where we need him most. I would let things heal as much as possible and save whatever snaps he has left for the playoffs.
  10. Hyde did say 2023... We all just assumed he meant September
  11. maybe one of those that land in between the return lines and might cause someone who doesn't usually handle the ball and isn't expecting to suddenly to need to field a ball that's bouncing strangely. Still low % but what the heck
  12. So that actual video from Saleh sounds a lot different from the Twitter quote from Connor Hughes. OK same words, but huge difference in tone
  13. Hyde wouldn't even hint at that (IMO) unless there was a decent chance of it happening. Keep Tre on ice until a few games left in the season so he can ramp up, find a way to heal Poyer's bionic elbow, and let's go into the playoffs with 2 rookie CBs who just got a ton of experience, plus a 100% Tre White and Hyde and Poyer.
  14. LOL sounds like a whining child... Of course he plays his best game of the season against us.
  15. no way that's real, right?
  16. so is the point of the NFLPA that teams would have been handing out fully guaranteed deals absent this "collusion?" Because it seems like it would not benefit a team at ALL to do that, except in a case like Cleveland where they were going to do anything it took to land Watson Did the owners collude to deny Nathan Peterman another starting job too?
  17. IMO there doesn't need to be "collusion" It's not something teams would want to do on their own. Browns only did it to beat out Atlanta.
  18. so why isn't every owners' meeting where they discuss league business an example of collusion?
  19. I was shocked to see that!
  20. He's probably going to be rusty at first. Just the nature of things. Whatever is going on we just need him at as close to 100% as possible for the tournament
  21. Him and Eric Wood both were sort of going off about it on the pre-game show. I was surprised how much they had to say. Poor Sal... He just had to do the "golly gee... which is... thanks guys!" routine and go to commercial. Sal sounded very uncomfortable after that segment, at least to me.
