  1. This should be a pretty decent game. In the NFC whoever wins is very much alive for their division.
  2. Uh huh... Sure. Nope, I've rode this rollercoaster before, although the ghoul is drawing us in a bit deeper this time. I 100% expect him to be in the super bowl, where "a great ending to a great story" is just a few well timed defensive penalties away. People saying they want Brady in the super bowl against the Bills are insane.
  3. it's crazy that Manning's 5,477 yards and 55 TD in a 16 game season still stand. The yardage is going to fall eventually, but that TD record is going to be tough to top, even in 17 games. As amazing a year as Allen has had so far, he's on pace to break the yardage record but not close to the TD record.
  4. he'll go to the Bucs for a 2025 5th round pick.
  5. Hackett is a watered down version of a watered down version of a good coach. Hackett made coffee runs for a guy who was in the same room with McVay for 5 minutes. Eventually the trickle down magic ends. At one point the kid at Starbucks who gave Hackett the coffee to give to LeFleur was interviewing for HC jobs because Lefleur worked for McVay for a season but luckily nobody bit.
  6. when it comes to OBJ I'm ambivalent. Sure he would help, I guess, especially as an insurance policy for injury. But not at big $$ or long term. That's Gabe's money!
  7. Friday is fine but Bills games on Thanksgiving are the absolute worst!
  8. watching Denver/LA last night was like a different sport... Bills (barring more major injuries or something flukey) when healthy are going to obliterate some NFC team in the SB. Think about the realistic possibilities... (whose even good in the NFC outside of 1-2 teams?) Bills/Eagles Bills/Vikings Bills/Cowboys? Bills/49ers? any of those 4 games I would expect a 20+ point Bills win because Allen and co. are not going to the bench in the SB no matter what the score is
  9. Allen and Mahomes, Chiefs/Bills... clearly (IMO) 2 of the 3-4 best teams in the NFL Too bad the Super Bowl will be one of these teams (Bills hopefully) vs someone like the Vikings or Eagles. Just doesn't have the same sizzle for the common fan.
  10. we're basically stopping ourselves.... as soon as it's "show time" the offense goes right down the field and scores
  11. we'll now complete the NFL week... during the pandemic year there were Tuesday and Wednesday games, so now with Friday we'll have seen regular season NFL games every day of the week. Just, for the love of God PLEASE stop with the Bills Thanksgiving games!
  12. Best ways to stop the Bills offense: 1. Convince them to focus on "establishing the run" 2. Make them fumble 3. get behind by 20+ points so #1 and #2 are easier
  13. Chargers are the luckiest team ever... Always saved from their crappy coaching
  14. Chargers have 1 play in the playbook?
  15. the last thing GB is interested in is actually building an offense for Rodgers.
  16. For the most part, offensive line play is bad to terrible league wide, and the talent pool is very shallow so one or two injuries and you've got awful OL players trying to block the highly paid athletic freaks on the DL. We have a pretty solid OL. So many teams are just terrible and that destroys your ability to do much on offense.
  17. many others have said it, and I agree... homefield advantage still has both teams playing in the wind, snow, cold, etc. This is straight up doing everything they can to make the opposing sideline hotter so that both teams are not playing in the same conditions, and that type of temperature is dangerous for football players to be in all day long. Something very bad will happen eventually.
  18. Love how Romo says you gotta give credit to Jones even though he committed a blatant foul
