  1. I thought it was a great interview. Dan hit him in rapid succession on some questions and then made it personal and then went back to rapid succession finishing with comedy. Josh handled it all with aplomb. Really good stuff. There is zero reason to not love Josh and what he brings to the Bills. The ‘kid’ is a fighter, full of morals and a crazy strong right arm. I particularly liked the questioning about sliding/taking hits. We all know why Josh does it (in his mind, the team is on his back) and Dan pushed back. Also the discussion about when Daboll was blasting him on the sideline in year one: we finally definitively know why. 😃
  2. They are good, I’ll give you that. I go there every time I’m there for work. However, I’d still role with Wegmans before theirs...Aunt Cookies has no whole wheat and I loathe white bread. And that’s why there’s no winning this ‘argument’: it’s all about preference. 😃
  3. Been Vegan for a few months. Down 20 pounds, BP perfect, cholesterol normal. Only thing out of whack with me now is cancer (thus becoming vegan). I’ve always been a Pontillo’s guy as I worked there through HS and the beginning of college. Loved their subs and would still grab one (sans meat). 😃 The only issue is some of their stores aren’t so good as the family only owns a few these days. Less about quality at the non-family owned stores.
  4. Wow. With that mush money on the line, the ducks should be more in a row. Feel for the guy.
  5. Do you think they’re better? Others who have said Wegmans is a DiBella’s copy...fine. For me, however, there is more meat and better meat on Wegmans subs (I’m vegan now so not so big to me these days). I’ll go with a Wegmans sub (or Pontillo’s here in the ROC) over anything else.
  6. Like you I have serious connections at OBD. Mine have told me that every NFL team has been calling the Bills and offering all of their best players while keeping their contracts AND giving the Bills draft picks to do so...all to finally sink the Pats (see how I ‘connected the dots’?). I hope your insider told you the same.
  7. Personally, I think it’s awesome, eball. It’s a reminder to us all that it’s just entertainment. Great to be passionate about it but shouldn’t rule our lives or friendships. Good on ‘ya. It will be fun...and the Bills are the better team so let’s hope that the better team wins!
  8. OK! Won’t get an argument from me: it’s all about preference. 😃
  9. This is such a shame for all parties involved. Shriners do an immense amount of good and the small school guys need this spotlight. Ugh.
  10. Wegmans subs are radically better than DiBella’s.
  11. Beat it, just beat it, beat it...UH! OR The Bills make we wanna SHOUT!
  12. Just perused the Pats*** forum and their ‘Bills Week’ thread. Kind of interesting as many see clearly that their team stinks and others think it’s just a lull. Short thread, only three pages when I was there. Fun read nonetheless. 😃
  13. Bills have had a serious problem setting the edge as well...BB will exploit it. I don’t think this is a good option, however.
  14. I liked Moss yesterday. On his long run, however, he slowed down prior to hitting his tackler. I’d prefer he keep the speed up to truly make it a ‘business decision’. I give rookies leeway...I think they deserve it. They are typically starry eyed and are just beginning to recognize that this is their job. I suspect he’ll be fine...and Singletary is as well...just get Feliciano back on the interior.
  15. You're right. Ugh. We need TBD+ and TBD- . All the negative people who are constantly screaming the sky is falling go to the latter and all else the former. Good grief.
  16. BB was an incredible coordinator years and years prior to being a HC. His D beat us in SB XXV. Agree to disagree.
  17. Meaning it’s called on the other team? My complaints about refs is typically, “Give me a break”. I don’t let it bug me. This one is different, though. It was a good football play in my judgment.
  18. So what does he do there? Simply let the completion be made? What’s so frustrating to me is how some are called and others aren’t. So subjective...as evidenced by the hit on Josh above and countless other hits we all see. I stand by my earlier comments: it looked questionable at the time but, once they rolled the replay, I thought it was clean. No helmet to helmet, didn’t hit his head or neck but chest. How is that not legal?
  19. I’d dispute this. BB is an incredible coach, probably the best ever and, certainly, a HOF’er. I am as glad to see their apparent demise as much as the next Bills fan but will never underestimate BB. Once he clears out the cap and restocks the cupboard, he’ll turn them around...again.
  20. Yeah, what’s up with this? Is it a result of stellar DB’s on one side of the field in each of those games? Is Cam’s shoulder an issue again? This just seems so strange.
  21. Terrible. He’s an interesting person (to put it mildly) but he’s also fun to watch as he’s such an incredible athlete. Hate it for him.
  22. Thank you, Shaw, for being a voice of reason...and great post as per usual. I suspect, with Feliciano coming back, the run game will improve. He’s such a monster on the interior of that line. On to the Pats**** and, hopefully, 6-2!
  23. I’m not sure if that Hopkins catch was a TD.
