  1. this is a good move fitzpatrick could go down at any moment and right now our backup options are TERRIBLE tarvares is above average as far as backup qbs go - he's obviously way below average for a starter but for a backup he's pretty solid a 6th rounder isn't a very high price really and if fitz misses a week or two i think tarvares would give us a little bit better chance of winning than young or thigpen it's all about winning NOW since we have the softest schedule this season that we will see for a while
  2. good move by the bills im very pleased to see it if you suck you get cut end of story in years past the bills would just let crap players wallow on the roster for years on end and never take action

  4. of course im serious i dont want the guy to get cancer or die or anything - he's already a millionaire his life will be alright i just want things to go well for my favorite team and not so well for the opposition for example, i dont want any of the patriots draft picks to work out - i would prefer they went on to have poor nfl careers and not become all pros whether thats due to off the field legal issues or lack of on field performance or injury or just whatever there are a lot of steelers fans in the area - did any of them send you a sympathy card when the bills got decimated by injury?
  5. denver couldnt wait to get rid of him bro they got out just in time
  6. tebow sucks and will destroy any franchise he hangs around with for too long

  8. ya at least we took out decastro that was one of the few positive things to take away from the game im sorry for the kid and its tough when young guys get hurt but we play the steelers every other year and they win pretty often vs us so anything that sets their franchise back is good with me
  9. fitz is in the 20-25th range of nfl qbs he's not the worst there are a few worse qbs but he's definitely not in the top half of the league
  10. There was a game in Pittsburgh (non BIlls) a few years ago where the field was in the worst shape I've ever seen. It was so soft and muddy and such that huge gashes were all over the field. There was one punt that sailed high into the air and when it landed it just plopped in a squishy area and didn't even it bounce or move it just landed and stuck. They said there was a high school game and then a college game and also constant raining the in the days leading up to the Steelers game.
  11. pencil kyle in for the pro bowl
  12. Reginald McKenzie (born July 27, 1950) is a former American football player. He played at the offensive guard position for the University of Michigan from 1969 to 1971 and was a consensus first-team All-American in 1971. He also played 13 years of professional football for the Buffalo Bills (1972-1982) and Seattle Seahawks (1983-1984). He was selected as a first-team All-NFL player in 1973 and 1974.[1] In 2002, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame[2] and in 1994 to the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. He and Joe DeLamielleure were O. J. Simpson's pulling guards on his frequent sweep runs that made him the first 2000-yard rusher.

  14. ya if moats can start a few seasons and spiller goes on to have a decent career the draft isn't too bad, still not good but not a disaster. if moats doesnt pan out and spiller never really breaks out then the draft will go down as another epic bills draft fail.
  15. if we traded them our whole roster, they would have to cut tons of and we could just sign them all also once the colts have all our players they will have way too many on their roster and we can sign back everyone they cut so it's not like we have to sign guys off the street also we would have tons to spend on free agency in the following years
  16. no way come on now flacco+rice+suggs for luck? the ravens would not do that schaub+foster+johnson romo+bryant+austin etc
  17. what teams would definitely not make the deal? AFC patriots steelers ravens bengals texans chiefs chargers NFC giants eagles cowboys packers bears lions saints falcons panthers 49ers what do you think?
  18. a lot of nfl teams wouldn't make that trade
  19. if that's what you would do then no offense but you fail pretty badly at madden
  20. I'd trade Fitz and Freddie in a heartbeat for Luck but I don't think that's nearly enough to get the deal done. Yes I've had some Scotch but I was just sipping.
  21. If it were somehow possible, would you trade for Andrew Luck in exchange for any three of the Bills players of the Colts choosing (ie - Luck for Fitzpatrick+Johnson+Dareus)? If you think 3 is the wrong number, do you think 1, 2, or 4+ would be the most you'd give up?
  22. make the playoffs and return to relevance this could be the year
  23. nice write up on today's activity thanks OP
  24. bringin plax or braylon could definitely help the team i know we all want one of the usual suspects to break out and become good, but adding a proven vet to the corps can only help us and there are still plenty of snaps to go around for the young guys
