  1. Allow me to give you some context. Etienne’s average was boosted by a 20+ run in either the 3rd or 4th quarter, when the game was over. It’s even questionable why he was in the game at that point. In the first half (when it mattered) he was averaging less than 3 YPC, if my memory is correct. Edit: just looked it up. Etienne was 11 for 68. His first four carries went for 2, 2, 2, and 3 yards. After that it was 34-3. Do just a little bit of research first, pal.
  2. What I’ve noticed — without re-watching games and having been at two of them live — is that the DL is balling out and wreaking havoc, both in the run game and getting pressure. Ed is a big part of that given his snap count (67%).
  3. Nah, man, some fans have been waiting to get the pitchforks back out with respect to Ed. Let them have their fun.
  4. From whom? A Detroit radio host?
  5. Incorrect, in particular because you are limiting your comment to WRs. Kincaid gets down the field. Cook gets down the field (even though he drops it). Coleman's TD was down the field. The Bills' passing game is clearly designed to give Josh some "easy answers" without waiting for deep routes to develop. KC runs the same damn thing! Are they limiting their strength at QB too? The modern NFL demands quick plays...the Bills are adapting to that, not fighting against it. I'll take 75+% Josh with a 7-0 TD/INT ratio, making some "Superman" plays here and there when he has to, every day of the week and twice on Sunday. I watched the Giants/Cowboys game last night, and saw Jones force feed "true WR1" Nabers the ball 11 or 12 times for over 100 yards. The Giants still didn't score a TD and lost a game in which they held Dallas to 20 points. Sometimes I think many of you are just rooting for your fantasy football stats...
  6. You've said a lot of things I disagree with over the years, but this one has me shaking my head. Umm, what? What, precisely, do you think Josh's strength is? Winging the ball 50 yards down the field? Playing QB like he's Jim Brown?
  7. And yet people still don't want to talk about how much luck plays a factor in the playoffs...KC is very well coached and they have Mahomes, but they've also been the luckiest team over the past five seasons. The Bills are and have been right there. Our time is coming.
  8. I think it's great that we have an OC in Brady who has been preaching this concept of every receiver playing every position since minicamp.
  9. If there's one thing I know, it's that whatever happens this season you'll skew the conversation to make it seem as though you predicted it all along...it's like the sun rising and setting. Tell us again how the Bills aren't a young team "in any regard?" You conveniently dropped out of that conversation after being "corrected." I also noticed in the Shakir thread that you couldn't help yourself from demeaning him at your first opportunity (the "short-armed Shakir"). You keep being you, dude...the rest of us are enjoying our team without having to prove ourselves right all the time. (waiting for the incoming personal insult/attack in 3...2...1...)
  10. Au contraire, mon frere. The sentiment was along the lines of “they’ll be ok because of Josh, but he will have to be Superman each week for us to have a chance and that isn’t sustainable.” We’re three weeks in and only really two quarters (out of twelve) where Josh had to “take over” and do Josh things. Monday night he was barely touched.
  11. With the sort of roster turnover this team experienced, along with early season injuries on defense, it is remarkable they are where they are right now. Kudos to the organization.
  12. No, but I’ll give the guy credit for being smart enough to know that if he continues to call them overrated after what they are doing to teams he’ll look like even more of a moron.
  13. Will a Bills win be any less sweet?
  14. Looks like a troll post. The Bills have a big advantage on both lines.
  15. Better than Renegade 😂
  16. I just want to also remind everyone that we have a VERY vocal, high-and-mighty poster on this board who assured us that Josh Allen is not and can’t be a “distribute the ball” passer. So we are doomed.
  17. Yes, of course we were — we are fans. But the games were different. And then the injury bug slammed our defense.
  18. Everyone really underestimates the value of luck in the postseason. The Chiefs have had more than their share and it’s time for the tide to turn.
  19. We heard a whole lot of this during the offseason: ”How can they trade away Diggs and not bring in a true #1?” ”We have a bottom-three WR room in the NFL!” ”McGovern can’t switch to C; he hasn’t played there since college!” ”Brady can’t design an NFL offense that doesn’t rely upon Josh being Superman every game!” ”McDermott doesn’t understand modern NFL football.” So after three weeks and 112 points, and two 2nd halves spent just running out the clock, is it still “too soon” to say that perhaps Beane and McDermott know what they are doing?
  20. Seriously. He has completely lost this locker room!
  21. This game is all about stopping Henry. Bills have a huge advantage on both the OL and DL. I don't see the Ravens stopping our offense, so the key is keeping Henry from opening up everything else for them. Right now the forecast looks beautiful.
  22. This line is completely based upon preseason expectations. It takes a few weeks to "climatize" the NFL landscape. Love the Bills' moneyline this week.
  23. Agreed; I think you’ll find that two drunk losers are typically classless!
