Sorry @Virgil -- you seem like a good dude but I couldn't disagree more. I guess we won't know until it all plays out, but I believe it's very important to Josh that he play his entire career in Buffalo as long as they are clearly trying to win. I mean, we just watched a guy who won the MVP finish his speech with "Go Bills." Josh and Hailee appear to be making it work just fine, and she has said she enjoys spending time on both the east and west coast. We're talking about another 10-12 years at most. I don't think we're going to need to worry about Josh wanting to leave.

After the Miami kick, Bass was absolutely fine. Even on his couple of misses after that he was just drilling the ball. Whatever issues he had were fixed and there is no need to “worry” about our PK situation.

Those were the two that jumped out at me also. I haven’t “graded out” Epenesa but he does make some splash plays occasionally and seems to be a decent value at that number.

Like death and taxes, you can bet on this: if somebody brings up SNL, somebody else will quickly join the discussion to say how much it sucks and hasn't been funny in _____ years. I watched the 50th anniversary show and was thoroughly entertained. SNL is what it always has been...a spotlight for a currently popular personality (host), a relevant musical act, and sketch comedy that ranges from brilliant to awful. Everyone has their favorites, but the show is iconic and still relevant today. As an aside, the Netflix movie that essentially takes you through the chaotic run-up to the show's first ever episode is terrific. The casting is unreal. And yes, I think Josh would be a great host and knock it out of the park.

The OP is another veiled “hit shot” on the Bills by a negative ninny with nothing to do in the doldrums of the offseason. I mean, that’s what the board is for — allowing anyone and everyone to pontificate — but the premise is not really logical given what we know about Josh Allen. The probability of Allen only having another 5 good years is significantly less than 50%.

I think that's what I said...specifically as it relates to personnel. The presumptions about what McD is or isn't doing, however...that's where I think his comments are questionable.

Looking at that hologram in particular, I really think fans and players are going to be well protected from the wind.

I don't take issue with questioning personnel and draft picks...but even very good front offices often miss on early round selections. You do have to question Monos' integrity, however...there's an axe to grind there. We all want Beane to do better in the 1st and 2nd rounds.

I think the order of priority should be Shakir, Benford (if healthy), Bernard, then Cook. Jimbo is a tough one...he's one of our only "home run hitters" but still comes off the field too much and has unreliable hands. He's the odd man out if the money isn't right.

This absolutely reeks of a “long-timer with no new ideas” sort of move. Guy was probably running on auto-pilot, and McD is determined not to let anyone become complacent. I have no problem with it.

I don’t think the Jags owner has any clue at all as to how to run an NFL franchise…which means they will probably do something stupid like trade a guy they just paid and take on massive dead cap. There are a few organizations in the league I wouldn’t want to touch with a 10-ft pole because of shoddy ownership…Jags, Jets, Browns…these teams specialize in doing the wrong thing almost every time.
