I’m glad someone started this thread. I was getting tired of all of the optimism around here for our 6-2 Bills with the 2nd highest point differential in the league.

Achane was the only Fish who showed up in W2. I’m not into score predictions but if the Bills avoid significant injuries and continue to protect the ball it’s hard to see them not putting up 30 on these guys. I like our chances.

Not an insignificant point. Look, we all hate that he had some ugly personal issues that resulted in a suspension but the Bills went 3-1 over that span and we now get a player who will be fresh and motivated for the stretch run. Von was beginning to play like Von…having him back only strengthens this pass rush.

It amazes me that folks still don’t understand how winning NFC games weakens the tiebreaker scenarios. Common, people!

It’s a beautiful thing. Meanwhile, in Orchard Park, Beane and McDermott have taken what many deemed to be a “reset” or “transition” year and have the Bills looking like a legitimate Super Bowl contender — and the cap picture just gets better next year.

Thank you. The Fish will always be my most hated opponent -- the residue of growing up in the 70s as I learned to love football and the Bills. My thinking going into the Seattle game was that they are overrated and one-dimensional. I also felt confident we'd be able to run on them. I don't ever really "worry" about teams that like to throw the ball a lot against a McDermott defense.

So, as opposed to last week, when I heard everyone worrying about the Seahawks while I felt it would be a relatively easy win for the Bills...now I'm seeing everyone puffing out their chests and predicting a blowout. This week is Miami's Super Bowl -- make no mistake. They know their season is essentially over if they don't win this game, because they're not going 8-1 or 7-2 down the stretch. The effort will be there...at least early on. The challenge for Miami, however, isn't just between the white lines...it's between the ears. They have a Buffalo problem. It's like we were with the Pats*** during their dynasty. It's not IF something bad will happen to Miami during this game...it's WHEN. Josh lives for beating this team and he'll do it again.

As others have already noted, there is NO way the NFL will give up a week's worth of revenue during the season. Further, why would owners want the country's most popular sport want to be off the airwaves for 12 days?

So here we are one week later and it just keeps getting better. Every result in the AFC went our way yesterday except Houston and KC. We’ve now overcome the loss to Baltimore and lead them by a game. The division could be all but wrapped up in the next month. Show no mercy to the Fish next week, Bills…sweep the leg!

Well first of all, my comment was tongue in cheek. But it is true that Bernard is one of our best defenders and Carter has really been coming on strong. I’m not “worried” about Seattle but they do throw the ball around a lot. I feel confident our offense will score in the mid-20s or better against that defense.

Blue over blue is bearable, even if it is my 4th favorite kit (blue/white, white/blue, white/white). The reds should never see the light of day again.
