  1. I hate myself for being sucked in by that blowhard. The only games he cared about while coaching the Bills were the two against the Jets each year.
  2. I'd like to thank the NY Yankees for coming up with perhaps the Billsy-est way to lose a World Series game in history! Well done, lads.
  3. I'm still pissed at the Texans loss. Allen's worst game since W1 of last year, and we still almost won. They really don't scare me. I think I'd rather see the Jets dead and buried.
  4. Yes, I think this is accurate. Von has not yet been a difference maker for this team. Mario was a difference maker, even though the team still stunk.
  5. I simply cannot listen to Chris Brown interview anyone. He has diarrhea of the mouth and tries to answer his own questions before he finally shuts up to let the guy speak. Just awful style. So glad I don't listen to games on the radio.
  6. I knew there had to be something I didn't like about Josh. Found it.
  7. Damn. RIP.
  8. 55-61-1 (Bills are 4-1 in the playoffs)
  9. There's so much separatist talk on this board you'd think we were in 16th or 17th century England.
  10. Regarding Peters...yes, I do think he should have been appreciative of being plucked as an undrafted free agent TE and developed into an all-pro LT. I understand the business side of it and maximizing your earning potential when you are a professional athlete. I just didn't like the way he did it and I don't see the point in blaming fans for anything. I do acknowledge the Bills were a dysfunctional s-h-i-t-show at the time. And yes, Wolford and his agent screwed the Bills.
  11. By the way, folks, the Bills are only three more wins away from evening the all-time series with the stinking Fish, despite going 0-for-20 in the 70s. The series record currently stands at 59-62-1 (including playoffs).
  12. Let's ease up just a bit. "Spaz" is commonly used to refer to someone who is awkward or clumsy, which is clearly how Brady intended it and how most of us (in the States) used it growing up. If we want to say that now it is not PC to use the term, fine, but it's not like anyone using the term the way Brady did is mocking people with disabilities.
  13. So you're saying the Fish now have our entire gameplan for this week? We are DOOOOOOOOOMED!!!
  14. To be fair, Brady was saying that Josh used to play that way...
  15. Interesting. I did not know that. Thanks. As kids we used that term all the time.
  16. That's a little disingenuous. Arizona and Seattle are 4-4. It's not the Bills' fault the Jets and Fish have underperformed, and at the time they played the Titans Tennessee had the best pass defense in the league. This separation crap is totally overblown.
  17. Didn't see this posted anywhere else. I'm all for respecting the handicapped and disadvantaged, but isn't this going a bit overboard? I mean, there was a character in a movie nicknamed "spaz" and do we really have to critique people for comments that are clearly not intended to harm anyone?
  18. Aww, sad to hear this. RIP to an 80s great.
  19. That helped us a lot against the Pats*** during their run. The only thing the Fish “know” about the Bills is that Josh Allen takes their lunch money and steals their girlfriends.
  20. And yet another “next Josh Allen” joins the trash pile. He can say hello to Trey Lance.
  21. Agreed! I zoomed in to look at it as well.
  22. Thanks for providing additional details…it was a long time ago. You’re probably right about the incompetence of the Bills’ front office at the time but I still don’t think fans should be “blamed” for wanting a player the Bills clearly developed to show some appreciation for what had been done.
  23. Here’s where I am on Diggs. I recognize that his arrival coincided with Josh Allen’s and the Bills’ ascension into NFL “royalty.” For three seasons he was a superstar who made play after play. I loved the guy. He never disrespected Buffalo and it was clear he wanted to win. Something changed, beginning with the Cincinnati meltdown. His attitude changed. There was training camp drama. His brother started tweeting. The offense struggled after the first few games even though he was still being targeted at a volume rate. Rumors surfaced about his relationship with Josh. The OC change was made and his production dropped like a rock. Then he dropped a crucial pass in the KC playoff game. You can say he was awesome for three years and crappy for one. Both can be true. It was time for him to go and I’m glad Beane made the deal he did. I don’t wish the injury upon him and I’m certainly not happy he got hurt, but karma is a b-i-t-c-h. I think that one day in the future Diggs will look back upon his time in Buffalo fondly and the fans will remember those three awesome seasons. He’s not going up on the WOF and he won’t be a beloved alumnus of Bills Mafia, but those three seasons were pretty special. Go Bills
  24. That is such worn out tripe and needs to stop. Nobody knew Peters would become a HOFer. What Bills fans saw was an undrafted guy who the Bills gave a chance at TE, then converted to RT, had success, got a contract, and then pouted and demanded more. It’s ridiculous to place blame on fans for seeing a guy who didn’t seem appreciative of his opportunities at all. If he had shut up and played another season the Bills would have paid him.
