Looking at 2016 - they are going to have a tough time keeping some players. 32 mil in 3 corners 18 mil in wr's 14 mil tied up in ferguson - he's likely cut. Theyre probably losing wilkerson - and plugging in leonard williams. Fitz will get an extension - which will pay him probably considerably. 1 year away from paying sheldon richardson. They also seem a bit top heavy looking at their roster - and are having a very healthy year. We'll see - we need help too

The amount of Duke Williams in 2015 is comparable to the amount of Justin Rogers in 2013. Both are very terrible. It has an effect on stats i'm sure.

Players coaches like to let the players hold each other accountable. It's clear nobody is doing it.

That's a tough blow - at least he's a naturally big dude so it shouldnt be too hard to pack the pounds back on. Lots of food you have to avoid with that. Can't drink anymore either. Once he has it all back under controll he should be fine.

I think there is the Accountability hardass - but there also needs to be an approach-ability that marrone never had. He didn't take suggestions - didnt listen to anyone. Needed to have his hand in everything and for it to be his way. Thats not a good coaching strategy either.

I never understood why he wouldn't play end. In the nickel zone blitz schemes, you HAVE to occaisionally cover as an OLB. We usually only have 2 down linemen in those formations with 4 backers. I'd rather have a mario/dareus combo out there with another speedier player than what we have - but we gotta make do. And for those who say it doesnt work - pittsburgh, baltimore, even GB have shown that it certainly can work.

Just looking at the end of the eagles game - he wasn't given time to go through his progressions. If he had time - it didn't matter because we were holding.

The sabres also dumped a ton of talent at the deadline and before - traded every goalie who came in and stopped pucks. traded their #1 defenseman for an INJURED forward. and STILL almost didnt finish in last. We're not even close to last place.

The reason i vent and argue on a forum like this - is because i hate the media. I hate the guys writing the articles. I hate the experts opinions. i hate the stupid trolls commenting on everything and being generally rude. There are a few guys i always liked - I don't hate simmons (he speaks his mind and is willing to take a stand), Peter King (willing to own up when he's wrong), and Bill Barnwell (Relatively objective view - keeps his personal feelings out of his articles) Sullivan isn't a good enough writer for me to ignore the fact that he hates the teams he covers.

Tyrod's going to have to step up. I think he will - he knows QBs only really get one shot to start - he doesn't want to have his shot blown by selfish defensive players. He needs to hold them accountable like he holds himself accountable.

I agree - refine the skill spots - no need to reinvent the wheel here. Need help on defense as they look old and slow.

a Luke kuechly, Patrick willis type of do all player would be awesome. Brown's ok - but we need a vocal leader out there driving that intensity on every play. An LB in a Jamie Collins Mold would be good too, as we're clearly struggling with tackling in the flats, and TEs in general. Need some more speed here. And we need some speed on the edge for our pass rush. Hughes still has it, but a rotational 3rd down guy (who can probably be had relatively cheaply in FA) to rush the passer could be really helpful. We give up way too many 3rd and longs when were rushing only 4. Might be able to work a young guy in on 3rd downs with limited responsibilities outside of the QB. big guy to clog the middle so dareus and KW can make some plays. Safety i think we can get by with smarter rather than pure talent. They played jim leonard back there for a few years and had a ton of success because he was smart and knew when to play tight down low, and center field. So while i think it's been an issue - i don't know if were going to make a huge splash here. As for Offense, were losing harvin. Find an affordable replacement after the big names have been signed. I don't prioritize drafting here since we already have some decent young talent. RB i like our 3, and QB i don't think we can get anyone of value in Free agency. I'd like a better 2nd TE, since these guys all seem to get hurt anyway. The guys i'd target in the draft... Nose tackle, ILB, Pass rushing OLB, Tackle, G/C and then a flyer on a CB and/or WR.

need the cap space from mario. KW can still ball, and hes the only leader left on the team. AW will be back. If we lose bradham - look for another mid-round guy to replace him on the roster - and powell will probably start in his place.

I just look at backup Qbs around the league starting - some look ok and most look bad. The good ones will eventually get a look as a starter, and the rest make their way around the league being terrible at every stop. The ones who look better also have had multiple years behind the same guy, or similar systems.

If we blow up the roster - we fire the coaches and the coordinators. Who in their right mind wants to come here to be a GM/coach? We just fired a coach after a year- and your team will have less talent... so you're going in just expecting to be fired in a year or two. You don't blow teams up in the NFL because 1 draft pick isn't the difference between good and bad.
