  1. Yeah - like admitting the guy has had some good games in the past, and made some really good plays. I don't love Taylor, but I really don't think Peterman is the answer. Maybe he becomes something someday, but right now I think we need to invest in a solid QB and a rookie in 2018.
  2. No... I didn't say that at all. I said he's got quick feet and a low center of gravity. Which he does. I was then told that being quick and elusive doesn't mean anything in the snow. So I mentioned that ya know... McCoy moved pretty well in the snow as a quick/elusive player.
  3. I actually feel like the one off his receivers hands was NPs fault. At least partially. Watching it at full speed he threw that thing way too hard.
  4. I'd like an offensive coordinator who has a bit of creativity too
  5. Yeah - have to say the guy we need isn't currently on the roster.
  6. I don't get the love for the guy. He has legit done nothing. He sucked in preseason, and has sucked every chance he got here except for a 10 play stretch of garbage time. He threw 5 picks in a HALF. IN A HALF
  7. 31 points and 600 yards of offense just weren't enough that day.
  8. I thought maybe to clear out snow to make sure it was a clean snap and punt.
  9. Either way, Peterman has made a couple of plays in his time with Buffalo. He also lost his mind and became a turnover machine. I don't want a turnover machine playing QB. He was given a shot, and played his way out of the lineup. He'll likely get another one this year or next.
  10. I think the goal was to try and get a turnover. They may have thought Indy was going to go more through the air at that point...? Who knows. I don't agree with the call, just throwing some ideas as to what may have gone into it. I think calling timeout and NOT going for it was more unforgivable IMO.
  11. McCoy is elusive, and he seemed pretty good out there.
  12. He was also fully blocking the player. It makes it easier to make the call when he makes no attempt to run a route. Since it was in the shoveled goal line area, it would have to be beyond a yard.
  13. There were 4 minutes left. We were 0/2 on 4th down in the game. Webb threw a pick on the last drive, probably changing what their playcalling mindset was at that point in the game. Those are the reasons i think they decided to punt. They felt their defense could stop them in 3 plays, force a punt, or get a turnover. They don't get the 2 yards, then we basically lose.
  14. It was a day to run the ball... he's an elusive runner with a low center of gravity. He would've done well in that weather IMO. Tyrod has made MANY more plays than both peterman and webb. Stop kidding urself dude.
  15. If he's so good why has he never had like a single good game? In preseason or regular season. He threw 10 passes in terrible weather. You can't use this film to determine anything. I think we win yesterdays game EASY with TT.
  16. 5 picks in 49 attempts. He can't handle a blitz, and makes mistakes. Hes struggled when you take away his first read, and he's also been baited into picks. I don't think we can afford to have a game just get completely away from us because of turnovers.
  17. Peterman threw 5 picks in LA, and now has a concussion and will likely miss practices all week.
  18. I didn't really think he did THAT well. He completed 2 passes on a scoring drive. He also missed a few throws high. They clearly don't trust him that much if they put the ball in Webb's hands on a 4th down.
  19. Pass on first. Play action bootleg
  20. They have won 1 game in 2 years. I think it's hard to say they're heading in the right direction. Do you honestly think that they won't screw up this QB pick?
  21. Most of the time we're out of the playoffs, and its 30 degrees and snowing. I wonder why attendance would be down.
  22. I mean.. they have a decent amount of starters/contributors from the last 2 drafts. garrett Ogbah Nassib Schobert Peppers Kindred Kizer Devalve/Njoku Coleman Coleman Gonzalez Louis/Higgins I think they were supposed to suck this year - they're trying to build some talent the only way they can. They signed a few free agents, but it seems like its wheel spinning money. Britt has 18 catches on a 32 mil deal. Added some O-line free agents as well, but make no mistake. This is a very young team built to lose.
  23. They value a rotation on the D-line. He has played well in the run game and is usually there for cleanup sacks. Don't remove depth just to remove depth.
  24. Good for Wentz dodging that bullet. Your team would probably still be terrible, and he would probably be ruined if he went there. The drafts overseen by brown weren't actually that bad. It was the 3-5 years prior when they missed on like every pick. That's the reason that they are terrible - its not the current GM or current HC. Heres a list of browns first round picks from 2011-2015 Gilbert, Mingo, Manziel, Richardson, Weeden, Erving, Taylor When you miss on EVERY 1st round pick for 5 years - you tend to have a lot of holes.
  25. I'd go the Eagles route here. Sign the best guy you can in Free agency... and still trade for your QB. Decent chance someone comes calling for a solid QB if your rookie can take the job from him. They traded all those picks for Wentz - got one of the picks back in the bradford trade. I don't think we'd necessarily get similar total compensation for it, but we'd probably recoup something if we felt the need to move on.
