Watch the boise "highlights" he is missing open receivers by a LOT. Combine's easy - theres no pass rush in your face. I'm concerned about his pocket prescense as much as his accuracy. He seems to scramble into sacks and his mechanics result in a lot of missed opportunities. I personally don't know if we have the staff to bring along a raw rookie. Maybe Daboll? We'll see....

Jets yes, Giants - maybe? A lot of people actually really like Davis Webb as a QB of the future. They had their top 3 WRs out, no run game, and a bottom tier Oline.

If we can secure a comp pick it might be like... Siemian and a 2019 3rd/4th for a 7th round pick. Vs. McCarron for a 2019 3rd/4th If you have no interest in starting the guy at the end of the day, you could do worse for a backup.

We also lost Wood and Tyrod so far this offseason. Even vet's like Brown and Glenn are no longer here. He'll help set the tone, get these new guys to trust the process while new leaders emerge in Hyde, Poyer, and maybe someone like Zay.

Why? Savage couldn't do anything in Houston with Hopkins et al. Glennons 1 year in Chicago was without Meredith and white... and the depth behind them was bad. They may have had worse WRs than we did.

I dunno - he had more tackles, and sacks than Washington and Thornton. Seems like he belongs in the rotation more than either of those guys at this point. We also just jettisoned Taylor, and lost Eric Wood to injury. This team can't lose 3 of their leaders in 1 offseason. Not a good look.

Well Tyreke hill is their #1 weapon and he costs 704k this year. Hunt/Ware combine for about what we just gave Ivory. Rookie QB. They can afford to overspend on a WR.

He's all over the place, mechanics, pocket prescense, he misses easy ones, misses huge windows, etc. I'll take any of rosen/darnold/mayfield over allen.

We gave up 190 or more rushing yards 4 times... There was a definite need for a NT after we lost Dareus.

OTAs... Training camp... an actual chance to fit in. He chose to go there, so he knows what he's getting into.

When you're moving likely 5+ picks to get into the top 3 or so - you have to play the comp pick game. It helps you get back some additional young players and draft capital in 2019.

At least DT's are available too. Seeing that we'd be left with Lawson and Yarbrough as starters would be a bit of a concern though.

Glenn was replaced by Dawkins. Taylor is anticipated to be replaced by Rookie/Bridge (not to mention that offer was a really solid return). I wouldn't take it off the table, but our d-line already has holes. Why add more?

4 1000 yard seasons for Nelson, 1 for Cobb. Nelson did have a torn ACL 2 years - but he did have 97 for 1200+ and 14 TDs in 2016, so I'm not sure that affected him much. Both had kind of bad years last year because Hundley was terrible. 27 vs 32 in age, but Nelson clearly means more to Rodgers than Cobb IMO. My opinion? Cut Cobb, let Nelson possibly walk in 2019, and replace through the draft. Should net a comp pick if nelson signs elsewhere. Gives Adams one more year to take the #1 mantle, and slot receivers usually come cheaper.

They were remarkably healthy in 2017, and beat up on some cupcakes. They're good, but if and when you bottle up Gurley, you can beat them. Especially if you control the clock and run the ball on them. Goff did some nice things, but lets not act like he's anywhere near the top QBs. Reminds me of Tannehill TBH. I mean... reading his review of him he clearly just doesn't like him for some reason. Chris Ivory should probably be a 1.5-star free agent, but he's a big name, so I'll give him a write-up. General manager David Caldwell made an incredibly stupid move two offseasons ago when he signed Ivory to a 5-year, $32.5 million deal. Ivory, in two seasons with Jacksonville, rushed for a combined 821 yards, scoring five total touchdowns. He averaged just 3.4 yards per carry in 2017, and he turns 30 in March. Like... He was injured in 2016 and the short yardage backup in 2017... Who care's what this guy thinks

Darby's a UFA in 2019 though. I'm sure they can release some people if they put a huge value on him, but i look at it like keeping the pipeline moving.
