  1. Yeah - Peterman didn't have a ton of time and the game was blown open by the 2nd half. Tyrod against theJets was just under constant pressure with the 5 man stunts and the o-line was collapsing all game.
  2. They've definitely had some stinker games, but for the most part they've done pretty well. The 2nd jets game sticks out in my mind as a game where they really disappointed.
  3. Seemed to me like a power struggle with Whaley and Brandon - and a built in out in his contract. Obviously...
  4. Perhaps my standards are too low - but 4000+ 26 TDs and 5 INTs in only 15 games seems pretty good doesn't it? Another 350 on the ground too
  5. That's pretty bizarre. Quite the list actually Alex Smith Matt Cassel Damon Huard Tyler Thigpen Trent Green Elvis Grbac Rich Gannon Steve Bono Joe Montana Dave Krieg Steve Deberg
  6. Probably a bit of both - Edwards Bills team had like no pass rush - and probably the worst linebackers in the NFL.
  7. I don't think it should if you reached the ball out and pulled it back yourself. If it was knocked back by our team it would apply.
  8. Throw in the fact that you can't challenge a terrible call makes for even more problems. 40 yards for DPI, when cooks was the one who didn't look for the ball and wrapped up the defender. That's a massive gain for just throwing it up for grabs.
  9. Almost won it too - if zay pulls that pass down.
  10. Just beat the lions who were in a playoff race. It's a division game - they hate the ravens like the dolphins hate us.
  11. I seem to remember AJ green torching us that game. 16 points is 16 points though. The jets 2nd game had some bad turnovers, and no run defense.
  12. This isn't why the NFL instituted replay. They added it to fix obvious mistakes - a fumble where his knee was down, a receiver not getting both feet in, ball hitting the ground and being called a catch. Not this - the ball may have been moving while at the same time his foot may have been touching turf... Or last weeks when james was reaching out and it was called no catch... or maybe the jets guy getting called for fumbling into the end zone when he never actually lost the ball. That one still irked me the most. The ball never hits the turf, but because it was like, unpossessed for a split second on a replay its a touchback? That's just ridiculous. The stuff you see in slow motion isn't what is actually happening on the field. He caught the ball and got both feet in - touchdown. End of story. Yeah - didnt really get that. He reached the ball over, and pulled it back. Its essentially running the ball forward and then backwards. It's not forward progress. If you ran for the first down and ran behind it and got tackled it's not a first down. Same idea applies to this, or so i thought. The only place it doesn't is the end zone where if you break the plane its a TD and you can then bring it back.
  13. I mean - we fumbled away that Jets game pretty badly if i recall. Squandered some chances, and couldn't stop the run.
  14. No pass rush. And no takeaways. They're just not a good defense. It hurts carr because they're always playing catch up.
  15. They have 12 takeaways this year. Last year they had 30. -9 TO diff this year, vs. +16 a year ago. Not taking care of the ball, and not taking the ball away. Cooper coming down with the drops, and i think field position, and being behind has hindered their offense.
  16. Burkhead might be banged up... could we be seeing Touchdown Mike this week?
  17. Olay action and see if tt can just run for it
  18. Its what the fins offense is built around, lot of shifty guys there
  19. Like Gaines, but he is always hurt huh
  20. Dont love it, but they went for the jugular
  21. Seemed like clay stopped running there
  22. The Harris one pissd me off... he absolutely went for the knee. He even twisted it after he went down.
