There's always the chance that Washington takes Tua and deals haskins on draft day too... He didn't have a great year 1 (rookies rarely do) - but a 2nd year QB on a 3 year 5 mil (Total) contract with an option for another say... 25 - is a pretty affordable contract for a team. He'd still get you some solid compensation. And i totally believe they should do that if you think Tua is a better prospect than Haskins.

The biggest problem everyone had with him was leaving plays on the field because of indecision. His atheticism bailed him out a lot, and he limits turnovers, but it also resulted in a lot of sacks. I think Lynn is smart - and will incorporate TT into the run game with Jackson and Ekeler. The only issue is how they utilize Allen and Henry with a QB who is reluctant to throw contested passes, or over the middle in general. The improvements to the oline have been good - turner and bulaga will be helpful assuming bulaga can stay healthy. I think they're somewhere between 8-8 (8-9?) and 10-6 with Tyrod. Bosa, Ingram, Harris, James, joseph - its a pretty solid group on defense when healthy. I'm not sure why Cam isn't an option there.. Winston would be a hard sell, but i think he might be a better fit for the offensive group. Or go all in on a Tua. Can probably wait til post draft to evaluate, but there's no way i go into the season with TT as my only option. Not after he flamed out so badly in Cleveland.

QBs should have confidence.. even if they aren't really like chosen as "the guy". In any case - going to be tough sledding for the chargers, they really don't have any fans in LA. Their defense is pretty solid, and they have playmakers... but the offensive line will remain an issue. They also have one of the best timing route over the middle WRs in the NFL, and a QB who stinks at that. Same - overpay on the trade and worry about it later. Need something to advertise to the potential fans.

RB is a really GLARING need, right?

Nothing about signing a player prohibits them from drafting a player. I think 54 is early though - considering they drafted the starter last year at 74. Bring in a talented player... at whatever position at 54. -
Breshad Perriman to Jets

Their defense isn't terrible. They also really haven't improved at all and im not a big fan of their coaching staff. We both had the luxury of an easier schedule a year ago. They just had a horribly inefficient offense. They had 3 weeks in a row where they scored 34 points. They followed that up with 6 against the bengals. They lost midseason to miami and got beat down by the jags. -

He played alright last year. He's the least of their problems. -

They're going to sign someone. Beane has basically always said - i like to use FA to fill gaps, and then have flexibility in the draft. -
Cam to be released today

Not being able to do a physical is going to be tough for him right now. His shoulder issue in 2018 was still showing up in 2019 before the ankle ended last season prematurely. If he's sapped of arm strength, and isn't able to run the ball as much - he really isn't the same QB that he was. -
GM reports to someone. I also feel like you would need approval of like.. at least one of these guys below or the owner. They probably went through with the hopkins move for a few reasons - cap space for one, and hopkins may have been more of a problem than they are letting on. Who knows. But there's a 0% chance they trade him. Why create future cap space for watson only to trade him. It doesn't make sense. How About Some Love for Knox

I remember he had that big catch in the bengals game that changed the entire tone of the game. It went from "same ol bills" choking a lead against an inferior opponent, to the new bills who can take care of business. -
Was thinking about Breshad Perriman.....

Big fast dude - Career catch rate of about 50% which doesn't really scream nuanced route runner. -

He seemed like a guy who was primed to break out and just never did. -
I mean... The most popular twitch channels are bringing in a couple hundred thousand viewers. Espots have also become more and more of a thing in the past few years. I don't think it works as a direct sports simulation though, Id rather see the best gamers play games against each other. Watching 2 pro madden guys go at it is pretty entertaining honestly.

The NYJ one was the one that was really like - how did they win this? Cincy and NYG to me showed how much they could stand to improve the offense, and that go for the kill mentality that they need to develop. I felt the defense really exposed mariota as Tyrod 2.0 in the week 5 game, but they missed 4 FGs. 2 from inside 40... The 4th one made no sense - guys 0 for 3 and you're down 7 with 6 minutes left in the game... why would you kick a 53 yard field goal? As for the browns game... yuck. Bad 4th down calls, missed FGs, and the rare stinker from the defense.
