The Saints don't need him....they are going to be a contender with or without AB....he would be a luxury on NO. Brees makes WRs great. It probably depends on the price and if they feel the cap money for AB could be better allocated somewhere else.
I agree but I am assuming he would be on his best behavior for a while initially....how long he could keep it in check is another topic of discussion. As much as this was a downer for the Bills after the dust settled....this is much more of a headache for the Steeler front office right now.
The Saints would make a lot of sense because AB could preserve his legacy and Canton plus have a legitimate shot at going to the Super Bowl. He has a huge ego and probably would like nothing better than to stick it to the Steelers. I think Brees being a future HOFer will garner his respect and will keep that ego in check more than most QBs. I know it seems that money is his motivating factor but there were rumors that he would retire rather than go to some teams...so that has mixed signals.
I think the pick will be Metcalf if he is still on board at pick 9. It fits Beane's style and trying to land Antonio Brown further points to this. Beane's legacy is tied to Josh Allen's success.
Other than Oakland....does anyone know who the other 2 teams are? This is turning into a circus.....sort of reminiscent of Lebron James' "The Decision"
Josh Allen coming in at #17 on CBS QB power ranking ....a little irony there … plus this is page 17 ….so it's all good

I wasn't around for Dunkirk Dan but he sounds legendary. But back to reality. I guess Dez would be similar to the TO signing...it would be exciting at first because of the name power and what he once was in Dallas...but I tend to agree with most posters that he would probably be more hype while not being the type of player McBeane Inc would want.
That is another thing to Beane's credit....he traded down to acquire an extra 1st in 2018 which lead to him getting both Allen and Edmunds but still got a top 10 talent(in my opinion) in Tre White in 2017.
I am surprised that he hasn't signed already like this one thread stated...RUMOR: (no source) Dez Bryant to visit Bills on Monday 5/7....it seemed so believable
