Yes of course. Drops don't help. The ball needs to be positioned well for the receivers though also. The low pass to knox against the Pats I would put more on allen even though it could of been caught, so there is a subjective line there. With Allen there is some inaccuracy at times. There have been drops though. l'm looking at the drops list and not seeing a black and white correlation between drops and doing badly. Bills on 22, pats on 21, SF on 19 drops. Atlanta with only 4 drops all season and they are not doing very well. Trubisky, fitzpatrick and Brady all high on drops so they should also get a break for that.

There is one primary reason we lost this game

I picked up the game late and was watching it up until when we got the fumble. My stream froze and I reloaded it, went a bit too far and saw haush was lining up for the field goal. I felt really disappointed. Got to punish them and make them pay for those mistakes. -

That's why you need 7 when you create the early fumble. I would of liked to see a fake field goal on the early drive after the fumble. -

After yesterday's game I wonder if they think to upgrade both lines as a priority in the off season. Mcd mentioned winning the line of scrimmage aftergame. -
He's just not dropping it in the bucket when the play is there and that is concerning. He called it "jitters", but you never want to hear your franchise QB say they have "the jitters"... they are supposed to be in the zone and have ice water in their veins. Although I love him for it, this is what I thought. Sometimes he plays like he's got ice in his veins, normally the more the game goes on but I've got the same concerns

I'd love hester to return a punt in jeans. -
Just seen this. Week 4 Allen was very poor and yesterday as the game went on he was better than that time against the patriots, and he threw no picks. I agreed in another post that there is some progress in regards to that. On certain plays we can see the 'ceiling' point, usually really tough throws and moments like the TD to brown when he gets hit. Great plays. I also agree with Allen's own words that he almost needed to have a game like week 4, to make those mistakes and learn. You know what tho, week 4 was very bad but something about those picks dont bother me personally as much as early in yesterday's game. Problem I've got, the 'basement' I'm mentioning, reared it's head again (from the first pats game) yesterday.. Its when he looks like he cannot play the position for a few series. You know that thing that tends to happen with him when he is way off, missing short throws to an open Beasley and low to knox. Before you know it (playcalling probably doesn't help Hugely) the one throw is incomplete and we are 3 and out. Its JUST HOW OFF HE IS HERE. When people post here 'come on josh', '' you got to make that play josh', 'Geez josh, that's a simple nfl throw'..that is his basement, it just rears its head from time to time and those posters are RIGHT.

Well put. If he gets the consistent touch on his throws is the way I would put it but I'm probably more glass half empty than full. ? It's fair to say that, he's a 'project QB' . -
You see I disagree with 'he is a big reason why' we are at 10 wins. He is not a big reason why. He is a part of it absolutely, at times he is a reason why but not in total. The accumulation of talent and depth, Coach motivation and the defence are a bigger reason as to why we are at 10 wins than Allen alone, generally speaking. True.

Jalen Ramsey loses the game and throws Rapp under the Bus

Antonio brown is the most obvious case of this narcissism. -
So you think Daboll is the issue generally as opposed to Allen? If that's so then you might be right. When there are open receivers on shorter throws and the QB doesn't hit them and throws inaccurately I find it hard then to put that blame on Daboll as he has schemed players open. The predictable playcalling yeah totally. Sure no problem
