  1. Which I think they should I think. We want them to kick the FG here
  2. That's an even better reason to go for it. Should really be 7-7 if SF score. Also going down 7-0 means not much in the nfl, whole game to follow
  3. Disagree. Love going for it at the 1 yard line, we have one of the top offences in the league. 5 yard line? Fair enough
  4. Love Mcdermott going for it there. It was at the 1 yard line. No way he does that a few years ago.
  5. Give this graphics guy the OC job if daboll goes
  6. Bills joint 2nd in first downs gained, behind the chiefs, tied with chargers.
  7. I know what you are saying but I think it's too early to know if we will be a playoff team and that's all.. Looking back and seeing we had winning records but only made the playoffs (like the Dalton era bengals) would indeed be depressing. I'm not convinced Mcdermott and Allen are Marvin and Dalton yet, they may be better than that.. we have to see. We are winning games when we are not playing consistently well. We could be worse than 8-3 but also be better than 8-3. The eliteness you mention to win it all comes from the combination of head coach, QB (and team) . I think you could also add mcvay to that list if shanahan is on there, mcvay and shanahan didn't win with goff or garopolo. We have seen Allen and McDermott be mediocre at times, make mistakes, but we have seen a coach who is a good leader make the playoffs twice, beat good teams and have a winning record. We have seen Allen make high level plays under pressure and continually improve. We have come along way in recent years to be concerned that it won't be enough for the superbowl whilst sure we are at least in the playoffs. I would agree that Mcdermott and Allen are not in the 'elite' class of reid/mahomes, payton/brees, tomlin/rothlesburger but I think they are in the next group down at the moment. I think the coach and QB have done really well and am pleased, wouldn't want to swap them for any other pairing right now... My 'concern' would be that there is a mistake in the QB and coach which could cost us a big game.
  8. I agree and I'd rather watch this mcd team and Allen more than any past team. Was looking earlier at what the same game was 3 years ago and it was against the chiefs with tyrod Taylor and some average wrs, no thanks. As long as the 8-3 bills are winning these games then credit must be given. Also more exciting to watch than previous years. I'd rather Allen than any previous QB and rather Mcdermott than any other previous coach.
  9. Yeah they not listening to coaching there. Must of been a point of emphasis to knock the ball down after ARIZ
  10. How the heck Alex Smith came back from that injury, awesome to see him out there
  11. From what I've read burrow was getting hit alot and still dropping back for 40 passes a game yes. Certainly the bills have made an effort to protect Allen with the OL which is good. When it comes to the Prescott injury for example it just shows that these freak things can happen and there's still an element of bad luck with some QB injuries.
  12. I wouldn't mind the red helmets back for a couple games a season. Like the white ones as the usual
  13. Let's hope Allen avoids injury. Alot of these plays just seem to be so unlucky
  14. Gutted for the burrow and the bengals
  15. It will be interesting to see which Josh we get next week. Yes absolutely. Allen was amazing yesterday but in the second half he was slightly below his first half brilliance and held on to the ball a spilt second longer here and there, he seemed to then be a touch less decisive than the fantastic first half. I say this only because this is what had been his 'offgame' before yesterday and we had sometimes seen this regression within games and week to week. Yesterday I felt like he was manoeuvring players open more than I'd seen, accuracy was great and pocket awareness was top. I also think that the mental side of the game - you could just tell that he was completely on top of that yesterday, in control.
  16. Release of emotion after the game
  17. Just mentioned in the Mcd presser that josh lost his grandmother last night.
  18. Offense must be near the top of the league in scoring
