I hear a lot about Phillip Rivers and how great he is. I just got done watching the Chargers vs Raiders game (the first time I really watched him play besides the Bills) and he stinks. They talk alot about how Tebow throws the football, this guy isn't much better. Throwing balls where he thinks guys should be, throwing it into double coverage at a key point in the game hoping his reciever will make a play when you watch the replay Gates was wide open underneath. He just didn't impress me at all. Over-rated.

I totally agree with you. Our O-line isn't built to run the ball all game long. Our O-line is built for pass blocking and screens. With a run in the mix unexpected. Let Fitz do his thing. Throw the ball everywhere. I will take a gunslinger who throws the ball 40 times a game with 3 TD's and 2 INT"s every week over what we had last week. Go Bills!!!

I don't care who we get as long as he can kick it out of the back of the endzone or at least deep into the endzone every time he kicks off, and he can kick an extra point. Lindell had the extra point down, but he bothered me that he couldn't kick consistently in the endzone to avoid returns like every other kicker in the league.

Oh come on, I didn't like the play calling either and even the best of the best have bad days once in a while. Fitz has been playing good enough to win every game this year except yesterday. It happens. I for one am glad Fitz is locked in for the next 6 years, now we can worry about the rest of our team and get him a real number 1 reciever to throw to this draft. With our draft position there should be some to be had in the first round.

I know this may sound dumb so rip away, but was Chan really out coached or setting up the next game? Chan always says the season is long. So think about it. Yes I am sure he would have loved to win but watching the game it was called different then any other game this year. We tried things that I haven't seen all year long. Very few screens to FJ which is our bread and butter. Maybe Chan thought because we are at home and the crowd and all that was going for us would have been enough to pull off a win. I am really interested to see what kind of game he calls in 3 weeks. I think the Bills will have a chance to win also if they can weather the storm in NJ, the Jets will come out over confident and will want to put up a lot of points and close the game out early. I still believe in the Bills and Chan.

I totally agree with the "playcalling" that also goes hand in hand with coaching. What was Chan thinking trying to beat them down the field to open up the middle. I watched the whole game and I saw 1 screen attempt on the first series, and not another one until the forth quarter when we were getting out buts kicked. It seemed like Chan was out coaching himself. I mean the screen is our bread and butter and we should have kept running them all afternoon with FJ and Spiller. I was so disappointed. I would have rather gotten beat running screens all day then throwing deep to open up the run game. It should have been the other way around. As for WR I think most teams only have two and some only one big time reciever. Johnson made some big catches against the best DB in the league, including his career long totally faking out Rieves. So we got that, just not Burress size, well Nelson is just not used in the same manner. And totally agree Batten stunk.

I am back good challange Chan but we are playing the lovable Jets, and one call already didn't go our way which should have what makes you think this one will. hand it off to McIntire inside and call it a day...plus I don't think Jackson is all there he doesn't drop those balls and that is two he dropped since that hit.

I am not one too call the season by a game, but now as I think about it this half coming up is our season. I think this team needs to come out intense and focused because this is the season, now is the time to take out the Jets and put them out, because the next three weeks will be tough and we need to protect our house. Let's go Bills the season is this half.
