I have had this issue but in all cases it was an issue with my data/wifi. Killing the app and restarting usually solves it. If you've downloaded the segment it should still be available on the Subscriptions tab.

Only issue i've noticed on the Radio.com app is it seems like the hourly segments are very slow to get uploaded onto the app. On the WGR app they were typically up within 20 minutes, right now Hour 1 is not up from this morning and it ended 2 and a half hours ago. Maybe something that will get worked out. I like that i can download full episodes to my phone and listen to them as I without having to use data etc. Also I like the ability to use the 15 second skip.

Used the online chat function to cancel the auto-renew for Sunday Ticket this morning, I do this anyway at some point so i can attempt to get the better price around the time the season starts.
