Fitz is smart enough to change the play if the situation/defense doesn't dictate the play. He said in his post game presser 100% of the time he would take that play against that coverage.

Why is that Gailey's fault? Don't teams typically break the huddle with a run/pass option? Fitz read the defense and called the play, he even could have audibled to a run if he felt the pass wouldn't work. The same ballsy stuff that fans say they love when it works can come back and bite you at some point. Maybe that's one of them. Also, Fitz threw a bad pass.

The tough thing would be having him adjust to 34 OLB on the fly with only 10 games left on the season.

It's not like Fred was sitting on a couch doing nothing from 2004-2006, he was still getting carries and taking beatings playing RB in lesser leagues. It could also be said that a guy like Fred went to a smaller school and stayed all 4 years. Therefore he was a bigger part of his program for a longer period of time than many guys who go to bigger programs or those that have the opportunity to enter the draft early. Therefore probably getting more touches over a longer period of time during college than many do.

Isn't the issue less about money and more about Time Warner refusing to offer NFL Network as part of their basic package and instead grouping it with other sports tier package? I get both MLB and NBA networks with the base cable package.

I'm guessing in name he is not the starting LB, especially since Davis is a team captain and it has been said more than once how great of a team leader Davis is. However, and according to the WGR report Davis has alot to do with this, it seems as though alot of his responsibilities are being transferred over to Sheppard & I would guess this will increase with time.

Coming to the game the traffic backs up in the left lanes on Southwestern due to lines forming for people to get into the lots at 9. This is an annoyance and next game I'll probably avoid the area all together. Leaving has been slower this year than usual, but I attribute that to no one leaving the games early.
