  2. I thought when Aikman was talking about that it was very interesting. He was coming off as very candid, but also very pompous and as a bad teammate. I like the wildcat in short yardage situations, I can't seem to remember a time where it has failed.
  3. Wilson is signed through 2013: http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/3466/player?r=1 From the list in the OP Stevie is the only one who has to be done before next season.
  4. I'd bet it opens favoring the Jets, maybe Jets -3, and it moves favoring them even more by gametime.
  5. Why, they'll go for a TD
  6. Dareus starting at Nose, Carrington at end, apparently why he's not in the mix at OLB
  7. McKelvin's contract: Bodden making more the rest of this year than McKelvin is for the whole season. I guess I just find it very hard to believe that NE would be willing to pay Bodden $2M for the rest of the season (if he's not claimed on waivers) to not play on their team, and leave their DB corps shorthanded, if he wasn't a major part of the problem for their worst in the league ranked pass defense.
  8. Bodden is a DB who was just cut by the worst pass defense in the NFL, to make him out to be some great shakes is "laughable." He's also 4 years older than McKelvin, giving him little to no upside.
  9. There'd be a thread a day about how big of a bust he is.
  10. I don't think that's accurate, Reggie Corner perhaps. However if you claim him on waivers you're paying the remaining 2 years on a 4 year $22M contract.
  11. In another thread someone, I think it was San Jose, did a crude analysis of the teams that have had their byes and found that most were poor teams and were not favored to win the games...I think.
  12. Wilson and Barnett just resigned this past offseason, assuming McKelvin is allowed to walk after next season there really isnt anyone pressing on defense. My guess is that Jackson is not given an extension this season, and is rewarded in the offseason before camp.
  13. & Jackson is signed through the 2012 season.
  14. That's how I'm reading it, he's getting $10M this year in the form of a signing bonus, then $33M over the first three years. Leaving $16M for the final 3, right?
  15. mortreport Chris Mortensen #Bills & QB Ryan Fitzpatrick finalizing new contract today -$59 million over 6 years; $24m guaranteed; $33 million in 1st 3 yrs Ralph is cheap

  17. Tennessee perhaps not, but Denver on Xmas eve will.
  18. This was in the paper yesterday: http://www.buffalonews.com/sports/bills-nfl/article608931.ece Obviously it goes far beyond sales tax receipts (income tax from players/employees) related to the Bills, but that's something.
  19. It also makes my season tickets more affordable and feasible with one, and sometimes 2 with the preseason, games taken out of the package.
  20. If he really wanted to show his stuff, he'd get Philip Rivers here, and Antonio Gates.
  21. Troup didn't play vs. Giants.
  22. Jay Clocker is still my favorite. http://forums.twobillsdrive.com/topic/128247-my-mock-draft/page__p__2129823__hl__clocker__fromsearch__1#entry2129823 Not sure what the Road Warrior has to do with any of this?
  23. I would, but I'm not sure where he would fit in with Wilson and Byrd at the starting spots and decent depth behind them. I would say even if they're interested he wouldn't want to come here due to no posibility of starting.
