I was in a rough spot last night as I'm sure most of you were.
I kind of just put my face in my hands while my elbows rested on the counter and closed my eyes.
When I opened them, I saw the photos of my kids smiling on the counter and that cheered me up a bit.
I then thought, I need to focus and put more energy into the things that I can control - not as much into the things I can't.
With that renewed focus, I got a workout in today and am focusing on what I can control.
