I watched every game and still have all 9 wins on my DVR. Earlier in the thread people were saying he had penalties in every game, the link I provided doesn't support that is what I'm saying.

Does the term Defense wins Championships still apply? If so then Rex will win in Buffalo. He has far and away more talent on D than he ever had in NY and a very close second to the Ravens D that he built into Super Bowl Champs with a journeyman QB. Trent Dilfer anyone? Look no further than Seattle who won with a power running game, a young mostly unproven QB and a Superb D against an "elite" yet aging QB who ran one of the best offenses in the NFL.

Pegula is simply looking for someone to help him evaluate the team/franchise and make a plan to move forward. He doesn't have the knowledge and hasn't been around the game long enough yet to make those decisions without some help. Marrone tried to force his hand and Pegs wouldn't be pushed around, good for him. I'm not so sure he is looking to get rid of Whaley yet, nor should he. Or perhaps he's enjoying some time off for the New Year and since there is really no story there's nothing to talk about?

Since most want Frank Reich, why not hire Schwartz as HC and bring Reich in as OC/Assistant HC? Schwartz can then promote Henderson or Pepper as DC and off you go. Whaley can then get to work on fixing the roster. Personnel wise the roster is not that bad though it does need some work, this team doesn't need an all knowing football czar they just need a coach who will play the players that the GM and management bring in.

Things will shake out over the next several weeks. Too soon to believe every tweet. I Billieve in Pegs and I know the team will emerge better off when all the moves are made, or not made if that's the case.

Side note, Chad Kelly appears to be a head case. Signed with Ole Miss on Dec 17th for his second chance and got into a brawl the next weekend. Now Ole Miss is reconsidering.

I was watching the Bears game last night and EJ started that game about as good as the team could have hoped for. He hit both Woods and Watkins on intermediate throws down the field, showed escapability, scored on a keeper and threw a TD to Spiller on a short field. He looked every bit like a good starting QB. Maybe he will continue to work and surprise us all by becoming just that next year?

Bunch of BS if you ask me...you didn't I know but... Marrones ego makes poor personnel decisions, he seems to hold grudges against guys and it affects their playing time and in turn the overall team performance. Williams, Urbik, Branch, and Brown can attest to this. If Orton wasn't into it he should have said so and stepped aside. He looked like a guy trying to not get hurt most of the last 6 games. The relationship between Marrone and Whaley is completely non existent. Marrone mentioned telling Russ to tell Whaley while he told Pegula about Orton. Why couldn't he tell both? What's the urgency, plenty of time in the off season.

Sucks that a 9-7 season after 3 straight 6-10 seasons is looked upon so badly but this Bills team should have been a 10-11 game winner despite their shortcomings.

I was wondering if the Bills had prepared for the kid. Doesn't appear that way? Overall they held him on check but his escapability caused a few wrinkles for sure.

I'm local. Due to the stadium situation this could possibly be the last Raiders game ever at the coliseum. I choose not to subject myself to that environment since there's really no telling what could happen. I've gone every year The Bills are in town be it Raiders or 49ers and there's always drama, luckily I've never been directly involved, i'm getting too old for that crap anymore.
