Ian Rappaport on NFLN just said don't be surprised if teams look to the Bills example of firing Whaley after the draft instead of scrambling to hire a new GM after the season. Hmmmm 🤔
I know people will come on here and complain that this board is too focused on the *cheats and Bills fans are jealous blah blah but my position is and will remain the same as always....
!@#$ the *cheating pricks!
!@#$ Marsha!
!@#$ that !@#$ Bob Kraft! Stupid dickhead!
The Pegulas led the search using a league generated list with the help of Whaley. Pegula made the hire. As for links, i'm not your guy. Respectfully, if you wanna know more about it, look it up.
Is it impossible to believe that after vetting candidates and hiring the one they liked best said candidate came in and impressed them with his approach, winning over their confidence and providing a better vision for the future than had previously been displayed by Whaley?
Right. But according to the media the Bills are broken.
Stupid ass article. IMO it makes sense to keep the guy whos been scouting and evaluating the players all year but give final say to McD and his staff who will be coaching them this year.
It just makes too much sense to allow McD to pick guys he believes in.
Age doesnt matter anymore. Whether McD was in charge of the final decisions at the draft or not it does seem a little strange to fire the whole scouting staff and GM after a decent draft?
