  1. The original hit was as close to a personal foul not being called that I have seen in the NFL, however after the tackle was over the defender drove his junk into Tyrod's facemask to add insult and that should have definitely been a personal foul. How in the world they did not throw a flag for that was beyond comprehension and is another reason I have soured on the WWNFL (World Wrestling National Football League).
  2. Well it definitely was not a great win. If I wasn't a Bills fan I would have turned the game off in the second quarter and watched re-runs of the Andy Griffith show due to the ineptness of both teams. The game was putrid to watch and the Bill's offense was no match for even an average college team. The Jaguars offense was not much better, they will get rolled next week. As far as what Incognito did or did not say who cares. In the grand scheme of life I only care about the final score when it comes to football anymore. Take a knee don't take a knee, get concussed or not it doesn't matter. Call each other names or don't, keep it to yourselves and just play the damn game.
  3. I like the fact he does not throw many interceptions, I do not like the 3rd down and over 7 where he seems to checkdown underneath the 1st down to make, and I do not like when it is 3rd down and short and he goes to the deep pattern way to often. That is so frustrating to watch. I think they will go after Kirk Cousins and release or trade Tyrod after. If Cousins is not signed I would expect to move up to get a qb. On a side note watch the Patriots deal their 2nd rd pick from the niners and their first round to move up to the mid first to draft a QB.
  4. I am 49 years old and I have 2 sons that were born before the homerun pukeback, they have never witnessed a good football season in theyre life other than a bad ending, We hugged and cried tonight... I didn't think it was going to be meaningful to just make the playoffs but I have to tell you..BOY WAS I FREAKING WRONG...DAMN....
  5. I grew up in Dallas Texas so my first game was in the season of 1977. The Cowboys vs The Eagles. We sat on the 45 yardline 10 rows behind the Eagles bench. I still remember every second of that day. Tony Dorsett scored his first touchdown, an 84 yard run down the sideline to secure the win. Harold Carmichael threw his helmet on the sideline in disgust. My first Bills game was against the Raiders in 1983. We sat in the tunnel endzone and Marc Wilson was the qb. I remember thinking to myself, man this crowd is a thousand times louder than any Cowboys game I had ever been too. I instantly fell in love and not soon after that I became a Bills fan for life. I took a lot of heat from my Cowboy friends during our Super Bowl losses for being a traitor..LOL
  6. I am not a big Tyrod fan, I feel he misses downfield throws and I think they can do better at QB in the future. With that said he played a really good football game today; when he is running the ball and hitting his wr's on the run he can be a serious weapon. It just seems that it should happen way more than it has and when he sits n the pocket his deficiencies are highlighted. The game plan he executed today was excellent and I hope they keep giving it to him just like that.
  7. Our first team defense looks to be above average , however if injuries occur they will falter. So far this preseason our offense and special teams have looked well below average and our team discipline is still at the bottom of the league. Adding all that up I believe any more than a 5 win season is pure fanatical hype... GO BILLS
  8. The Bills might have moved on from Sammy Watkins too soon, but I think that they (Beane and McD) have a concept of a football team structure that in no way involves a future high priced, injury prone WR at the top of the teams payroll. It makes no sense to the team. As far as being a fan goes this trade sucks. It takes the big play hope that we as fans enjoy watching. The trade effects the team on the field by allowing the defense to move up closer to the line of scrimmage making Lesean's job much more difficult. My other concern is how it effects the team as far as the quality and quantity of the roster. We keep trading up in the draft for players that end up leaving for little or nowhere near the return we gave up for them. This dates back to the Rob Johnson qb trade with Jacskonville, Bledsoe deal, Jp Losman deal and so on. It effects the team so much by having to rely on late rd picks and free agent signings to replace the 1st and 2nd rd picks we give up to move up in the draft or trade for the player. I cannot believe that we could not get a first round pick back for Sammy. It is no doubt damn frustrating being a Buffalo Bills football fan most of the time...
  9. Andre Tippett I agree with every one on your list. I threw up when Bettis made it. I didnt really agree with Curtis Martin either.
  10. I wanted to see them draft another cb..dissapointed.....lol....watch them draft a cb this yr and next with both 1st rdrs...
  11. Belicheck will draft him and he will win four straight Super Bowls with the Pats....
  12. Im DVRing The Devil Wears Prada so I can torture myself double tomorrow...
  13. Ultimate jinx post...lol....I've done it many times myself
  14. Wr from the Pats just snapped his arm or his elbow went the wrong way. Gruesome
  15. Its entertainment, you nor I have any part of who wins or loses. You come here acting like you own this place? Go back to your own forum and keep lying to yourselves about how the team you root for are an organization that follows the rules and spirit of the game. The Patriot organization is a disgrace to any fan that enjoyys the NFL.
  16. Here is what I found cured all my problems of disagreeing with most sports writers. I just dont read them ever, same with Radio. So i dont use my radio much or read a whole lot of opinions on sports written by for the most part non athletes. I will read facts and watch and form my own opinions.
  17. He hasnt been healthy for one full year what is gonna change? Luck?? He is injured alot
  18. I cant say how happy I am that the NFL season is over today...I hate watching the Patriots win more than I hate watching the Bills lose after the past 15 yrs.. And with this great LOSS by NE my season is now over...
  19. I don"t know why they ever changed what a catch was...Hell one of the NFL greatest Super Bowl Highlights they show every year is the 1978 Super Bowl of Butch Johnson's diving catch against the Broncos for a TD...LOL....Not even close to be considered a catch nowadays...Y change the rule??? Did it make the game better? No it made it worse...And why the HELL should a team be penalized for a bad call by a ref and have to challenge a play....If its a catch change it to a catch if not leave it alone....
  20. Donte Benchner Donte Hasbeenner Donte Neverwasner
  21. Norwood was a solid kicker till he missed the only one that Really mattered....Then he went south...But he will always be remembered for the one that he choked on....Same as Cundiff..
  22. This would be an absolute idiotic move to cut Carpenter for Norwood Jr (Cundiff).. I would puke eveytime I saw him on the field
  23. Isnt that the kind of person you want coaching your o-line...Give him a pay raise...
  24. It wasnt long ago one of our players retired way early when he was just coming into his own...Brad Butler was on his way to becoming a dominant tackle and he retired to go into politics. We havent recovered on the right tackle spot since...Borland retired for his health totally different but retiring on your own terms is always better than being forced out...Good luck to him....
