What do you fellow hunters think of this?
kabnt2005 replied to kabnt2005's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Kids can use either a doe tag or a regular gun season tag. -
Junior Hunter Mentoring Program Youth Firearms Deer Hunt 14-15 Year Old Junior Hunters can hunt Deer with a Firearm over the 3-day Columbus Day weekend Resident and non-resident Junior Hunting license holders may take 1 deer with a firearm during the youth deer hunt. Junior hunters may use a Deer Management Permit (antlerless-only), Deer Management Assistance Program tag (antlerless-only), or a regular season tag. During the youth deer hunt, junior hunters may use the regular season tag for a deer of either-sex. The youth deer hunt will occur in both the Northern Zone and Southern Zone, except in bowhunting only areas and Suffolk County. During the youth deer hunt, mentors may not carry a firearm, crossbow, or bow to pursue deer. Junior Hunters may also use a crossbow during the youth deer hunt. Rules for 14-15 year old Junior Hunters and their mentors outlined below, including blaze orange requirements, also apply during the youth deer hunt. http://www.dec.ny.gov/outdoor/46245.html

Deion Branch - back with the Pats
kabnt2005 replied to buffalobillsfootball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Tell me again how this solves their O-Line woes? We could definitely be looking at a 1-3 Pats team after their game against Buffalo (hopefully). -
Great news for the Bills. There are a bunch of teams in the AFC who now have a loss from a non-conference team. Hopefully the Bills can at least go 2-2 against the NFC West (which is no slouch anymore). However, it still is the conference games, especially divisional games, that are the most important. Winning those conference games will go a long way to putting us in a better position for a wild card spot through tie breakers (if necessary).

Nope, he's elk hunting. -

Figured I'd update this for ya Kettle so you don't go looking for him. Unfortunately Jim won't be at the game, he's out west hunting. -

Yep, between the field house and the stadium. Massive RV, lots of good and beer. I'll probably be there before the Pats game if I can get tickets. -
Uh, 6-8-6?

Bills only AFC East team picked by blogger
kabnt2005 replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A smart O/U would have been at least 7 1/2. Definitely an OVER on this one. -
It would be no use to put him on the PS honestly. Another team with punter issues will just pluck him off of it.

Stephon Gilmore Signed by the Bills
kabnt2005 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Probably waited for the picks to get signed around him. IIRC, the only thing the rookie wage scale doesn't decide for you is the guaranteed money? Bills probably wanted to see what guaranteed money was going out to those players picked around Gilmore. -
Tashard Choice v. Johnny White

I agree, we have plenty of Special Teamers with the recent draft picks that I don't think this battle will come down to who can play ST. -
UPDATE: QB Vince Young Signs With Buffalo Bills
kabnt2005 replied to BillsGuyInMalta's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks all. I'll share what I can when I hear of things going down. And Fan in Chicago, if you look back at the Mario Williams signing, I was calling the Bills going after Williams and Meachem before free agency started and got ripped on for that too. -
Browns DT Phil Taylor possibly out for the season
kabnt2005 replied to kabnt2005's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Edwards played some 4-3 DT and 3-4 DE in Baltimore. He can give them some versatility. We can send them Spencer too. Both are $4m cap hits. -

Hey, if I hear it I share it. I've been told by a few fellow posters on another message board to slap the **** out of all of you. Thanks to those who don't rip on the little guy and everyone over at SF. -

I deleted it because I was told by my source to keep my head down on it. Take that for what it's worth, but I wouldn't be told that if I was making **** up. Patience is a virtue. If you really want to know the details, you can PM me. But I was told to stay low on this out in public forums. -
Heat pressed right on behind stage. Nike had a machine there set up. They just had the name plates for each player ready to go.

Yeah I have no clue what happened to the blue pants. Cut sheet straight from the Bills showed them. This year though, this year! Should hear very soon. -

I wasn't the one who said it would be done in 48 hours a week ago. Bag on me all you want. There are people on this site who know that my connection to the team is legit. -

Looks like it's a done deal according to my connection with the team as well. Should formally hear something in the next 24 hours. -
Should be a bunch of these surfacing very soon. No reason to drag rookie signings out with the wage scale system. Everyone knows what they're going to get.

JETS looking to trade up....wayyyyyyy up
kabnt2005 replied to BringBackFergy's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The trade for Revis took an extra 2nd ('07) and 5th ('07) to swap 1st rounders with Carolina. The trade for Keller in 2008 took a 2nd ('08) and 4th ('08) to get Green Bay's #30 pick. The trade that the Jets made to the Browns to move up for Sanchez involved an extra 2nd ('09), and 3 shlubs off their bench, none of which are still with the Browns. You have to remember that Mangini was pulling the strings and basically did his old team a favor with this one. So it's not like they're down any picks for the next year's draft from making these trades each year. That's why they're able to do it.
