ESPN is reporting Marvin Harrison was involved in a shooting outside his Philadelphia bar Tuesday night. A man was shot with a gun registered to Marvin. I'm sure we will be hearing a lot more about this soon. Sorry, no link yet.

I think they would go check out Alabama and Auburn either way. What he was saying is instead of just going from Alabama to Auburn, they are looking to add some additional stops along the way at some lesser known schools.

I think it is always a good idea to schedule tough teams in the pre-season. If the games don't count, shouldn't you try to play the best competition available? Even if we lose the first three games, we can build our confidence for Week 1 by beating down the lions at home in the final pre-season game.

It will be interesting to see him play fullback. If he can become a good enough blocker, he would be a valuable asset to some team because of his background playing Tailback as well. He was an above average tailback in college and could really help some team in a Jerome Bettis type role on top of playing some fullback. That being said, I don't think Buffalo is the best fit for him as far as getting some carries goes.

The Eagles are real suckers if they think Kelsay for Sheppard is a fair trade.

Personally, I thought Doo Doo Brown was a hilarious nickname. I wish we had a doo doo brown spreadin the stank all over the patriots defense.

Bubba Franks might be the slowest TE in the league. I was glad to see the Jets signed him...he's awful.

I don't see Flowers being there in the third round. I would even be suprised if he was there in the second. Mayock has him as his number 1 corner.
