    I hope he does well, but honestly if you attend any camp practices, it's pretty clear Edwards is the best QB. And Edwards is BAD. That's really an indictment on Brohm IMO.

    I caught this. It was embarrassing. After he makes the first comment about it being a turnover, when really the bills had just punted, Kenny Albert corrected him, letting him know it was just a punt. Immediately after being corrected, Theismann comments about how that was such a big turnover for the skins and that they struggled with that last year.

    Umm he did none of that. He may have stared at him for a second but that's all. Nothing like making things up to keep up a player's whipping boy status.

    he was great as a small school undersized pass rusher in college....we're making him an inside LB. That's a tough transition into the NFL. we'll see....

    I can make excuses for just about anything. We looked like poop and the 'skins looked good. You can't tell me what happened tonight was good for our guys.

    He's got the number two job on lock barring horrific pre-season game performances. I think he will be a solid player for us. He's a smart player, good hands, good route runner...not overly fast but that's ok. And he's got a great personality to boot. CERTIFIED FLY GUY

    going into this game with a starting offensive line of meredith-levitre-hang-c. howard-chambers, if chan is waiting for a TD to pull the starters, they might have to play into the fourth quarter.

    If this is the case, be prepared for people on the message board to be freaking out after the game friday. Our O-line is dicey to begin with, and the "depth" is laughable. This first game could be reeeeally ugly for our first team O.

    Wild cat is definitely something we should explore. Anything that involves running the ball more. We need to avoid obviously passing situations at all costs considering the inept pass blocking we are going to have to endure.

    Everyone gameplans for everything in the NFL. The difference is in the pre-season you don't gameplan to WIN, you gameplan what you want to work on, you gameplan what players you want to see in certain situations, you gameplan to put players into situations where you can evaluate them best.

    Florida players don't turn out to be much lately. We'll see with these guys. They took Cunningham, a mediocre SEC DE from Florida, Spikes, a LB who is slow but instinctive, and Aaron Hernandez, a receiving only TE, all from Florida this year. Seriously, look at Florida's recent history in the NFL, not so good. Also, Pats' recent drafts, not so good.

    If you can go to camp, the obvious weak spot is still the line in pass protection. It's a huge problem, and they are also going against mediocre pass rushers in camp. That's why I think Trent has no chance.

    what about online options for us out of towner's with no NFL net? Homertv.net had been a godsend in recent years but it got shut down.
