I’m here, where’s the party at starting now?
On 9/18/2018 at 4:48 PM, R2ITRich said:Hi There,
Four Bills fans are heading to Minnieapolis for the game this weekend. I was curious to know if there were any Bills Backers in the area or good bars to go to on Saturday night.
Wouldn't mind tailgating with Bills fans on Sunday, if there are any takers. We are staying at a hotel within walking distance of stadium.
Based on how the Bills are playing, we need to have as MUCH fun as possible BEFORE the game... because I am pretty depressed about what I see during the game.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Go Bills.
Staying close by as well

He’s a lot better on radio than he is on tv. That show definitely got way better when he came in for Donald Jones who was just unbearable.

I wonder who would be out if Orchard parks his behind here in buffalo

There’s always one team that looks like they made the additions to put them over the top that underwhelms. I think Minnesota is a candidate for that. I could see an early upset there similar to Atlanta last year.

I have an inside source. His brother was the one who gave Zay the fake weed when he had his little freak out. One of the fathers of an ECU player who is close with Zay said that since hes known him, the brother has always been the bad influence.
I have some connects in the ECU community and was told the same.

I'm not watching the game, but my first thought was just that - it's preseason, who cares.
Then it occurred to me that preseason is the first time rookie coaches have to make these decisions in real time. Probably easier said than done.
All he was doing was trying to avoid OT. Win or lose in regulation is pretty much the accepted standard in preseason among coaches

I love citing the locker room effect for a punter

Formerly of the Seahawks, per Rapoport
@Rapsheet: Former #Seahawks punter Jon Ryan is flying to Buffalo and will sign with the #Bills when he lands, source said. He requested his release from Seattle, saw it quickly granted, now will land on his feet.

Per schefter
@AdamSchefter: Rookie QB Josh Allen will start Buffalo’s third preseason game vs. Cincinnati, per source.

Was there a cb injury?
Free agents signed this late tend to make the squad unless it’s just a numbers game due to injury

Not an ACL,per Rapoport

How has Phillips not been inside new era? That seems crazy to me
They’re definitely embellishing for story effect. He was there all spring, you’re telling me he never walked inside?

Awesome! Anything happening pre-game? I'm staying at the Hyatt Regency at this point but might switch. Wish I had found this earlier as I would have gone in on the group tix. Did that a few years back for MNF in Seattle and it was idyllic.
I am not staying at that hotel nor am I part of the group Tix. But I plan on going to the Saturday night party. Figure I can find the Sunday tailgate from there

I'm doing a brewery tour, as they look to have some really good ones, and the food options also look really good. Other than that, there is a well reviewed contemporary art gallery/ museum and some general walking around that are the other options. I've always found a good Bills Backers tailgate for away games but I haven't even found that yet. Fingers crossed.
Edit: I chose Minny for the stadium so I don't think I'll be disappointed regardless.

How many people would be interested in deleting this thread to save space? Maybe I’ll make a poll

What about Minneapolis/St Paul? Going for the game and not really finding much to do there aside from a big mall...which is not in Minny really... and Paisley Park (Princes house) which is also not in Minneapolis. One of their "must-dos" is a flour production museum. Woohoo!
Interested in anyone’s experience in Minneapolis as I’m headed there for the first time this year as well...

Thank you for being so concerned about saving space here on the interweb highway

Jacksonville at least has the Atlantic Ocean right there. I hate to say it guys, but in terms of most boring NFL cities it might come down to Buffalo or Green Bay.
Jacksonville getting a lot of action in this thread. Their fan base is weak as hell. But as someone who has lived in both Jacksonville and WNY, there’s a lot more to do in Jax. One downside is the city is very spread out, so as a fan coming in for a game that doesn’t leave downtown, you’re pretty much only seeing the worst part of the city (downtown/stadium area)
