He cites sources saying the Bills appear to be interested in trading up, particularly with the Texans who want to move out of the #1 pick. It's the first blurb under "NFL Confidential". Reading this at first I thought they were reporting that the smaller buyout post year seven did not exist. It appears he is reporting that the large buyout of 400M doesn't exist, therefor locking them in to Buffalo for seven years. If I am reading that correctly, it is largely irrelevant as I don't believe anyone would have paid that much to move the team anyways.

I saw this reported yesterday and it is correct. It seems it didn't get out amongst a lot of media because I have seen numerous people in the media incorrectly reporting that the surgery is Thursday.
