  1. Man, I wish the conference championship games were still at 1 and 4 PM EST. 6:30 start time sucks - ensures that i won't be able to even think about sleeping until after midnight, regardless of outcome.
  2. White physically impeded the route of the WR and held both his arms to boot. Not sure why everyone thought that didn't matter just because Coleman shoved him out of the way.
  3. He was on the precipice of another playoff choke job until that dropped 2PT conversion. Went insanely conservative in the 2nd half, showed zero trust in his best player, and, of course, his vaunted zone defense once again gave up a huge TD drive when we had to have a stop. Sorry, but he continues to make the same mistakes over and over again.
  4. Knox and Coleman too. They simply have no idea how to use them. All the offensive success in the air is due to Allen making things happen.
  5. Most people on this board would be fine with bringing him back year after year to the same results.
  6. They only attempted four passes over 10 yards. With the best QB in football playing at home. The only adjective that comes to mind is "cowardly." That will not work next week.
  7. The lack of pressure probably didn't have much to do with who was out there. The defensive plan is always to be reactive rather than proactive and hope it works out somehow. Yes, they gave up an 88-yard TD drive with no resistance at all, but the Ravens bungled the two-point play, so to this board, that means McDermott can do no wrong.
  8. That "new identity" led to absolute crap results in the 1st half against Denver and the 2nd half yesterday. No other team willfully limits the amount of plays its best player can make like we do.
  9. You've got to remember that 80% of the posters here are gigantic homers who will defend the coaching staff regardless of what happens. The fact that they completely turtled in the second half, took the ball out of Allen's hands, blew a chance to put the game away, then allowed YET ANOTHER long drive at the end of a playoff game is completely lost on them because the Bills happened to luck out and win. You're right; it's probably not sustainable the deeper you get in the postseason.
  10. Our own coaching staff routinely takes the ball out of his hands for long stretches.
  11. Our current coaching staff will never allow me to feel confident against high-end competition. That entire 2nd half strategy last night was like a blueprint on how to blow a double-digit lead at home in January. By the grace of God, they somehow avoided yet another colossal choke job.
  12. The coaching staff is pretty clueless about how to use anyone in the passing game, and that includes Allen.
  13. Really impossible to judge anyone in our secondary since our defensive line gets no pressure and our strategy is to let the opposing offense do whatever they like and hope turnovers appear out of thin air, which, to be fair, they did yesterday.
  14. They have no idea how to use him, nothing more than that. The HC wants a run-first offense and doesn't care about passing at all. Remember, this is the same guy who watched a QB competition between Josh Allen and Nathan Peterman and picked Peterman as the winner.
  15. The coaching across the board was abysmal in the second half, and the fact that they escaped with a win shouldn't hide that. Over and over again, they turtle in big moments and become insanely conservative.
  16. Yeah, I'm sure it's just a coincidence that every single coordinator he has shares his philosophy of playing not to lose in huge games and praying for the other team to screw up enough times to avoid losing.
  17. He was coaching not to lose the entire second half; I would've been stunned if he had gone for it there. Then his defense gave up an 88-yard drive immediately. We won despite him and Brady.
  18. Were more concerned with milking clock than scoring. Terrified to throw.
  19. The TD is more important than milking clock!
  20. They never allowed Josh to build a rhythm. Took our best player out of the game...again.
  21. It's baffling how many people still refuse to see this. They'll continue to defend him after he coaches this entire half with both hands around his throat.
  22. His hands are all over this 2nd half playcalling.
  23. They are going to continue to be ultra-conservative until the lead is gone.
  24. Stop all the running. Let the MVP play.
