    The first time it happened with a streaming service (maybe Netflix?) the public should've put their collective foot down and agreed to cancel their subscriptions on a mass level. We didn't, and they all knew they could get away with it after that. Frog is completely boiled now.

    That play was the ultimate microcosm of Bills fandom.

    Josh Gordon was almost certainly testing positive for a plethora of drugs other than marijuana, but I agree that the suspensions are completely arbitrary and not commensurate with the crime.

    Say what you want about Ralph Wilson, he would've never allowed this gaudy crap.

    They're tied in betting markets, which makes it even more weird that not one of 20 analysts thought he could win.

    The Ravens would likely grade Lamar Jackson for Allen or Mahomes. They'd at least think about it, whereas the Bills and Chiefs would never even entertain the idea.

    Mahomes has played for probably the best offensive play-caller in history and has had long stints with two recievers (Kelce and Hill) who are likely more talented than anyone who has played receiver/TE for the Bills at any time during their franchise's history. Gotta be taken into account.

    The problem is that they're being signed to play - not mentor young guys - because our head coach refuses to change or adapt in any way possible.

    Hyde was not on the practice squad anywhere close to a full season, actually.

    That's my point. Hell, I wouldn't be shocked if he started Week One the way Hamlin and Bishop looked during the preseason.

    Hyde essentially only did it for the playoff run.

    Just wondering if you can name a former All-Pro veteran who signed a contract at the end of his career with the intention to be on the practice squad all season.

    13-year vets who are former All-Pros don't sign contracts with former teams to be on the practice squad all year and mentor younger players. If this was the intention, it would be unprecedented.

    What motivation would he have to do this, exactly? Is that vet minimum salary a PS squad player would make just too much to pass up? He was 100% told he would have a chance to play, and given how awful our current safety situation is, he likely will.

    I guarantee that they have some producer in their ear telling them to do it to sound more "authentic." When Joe Brady especially does it, it seems completely forced and unnatural.

    He was the best best player in the preseason. If those games matter at all to roster construction, he had to make the team.

    Well, the Bills and their fans kinda do deserve one at this point, right? And yes, the point of having a rooting interest is the hope that your team gets to the top one day. It's just bizarre to me that some have this attitude that you should just be happy and content that they don't suck for a change.

    Hard Knocks showed that the "walk" to the field from the locker room is so long that all they players use motorized scooters. This is a different situation than a player being carted off the field on a game.

    We're playing Tampa this year, right? Probably not going to do anything substantial in regard to playcalling.
