You could improve the game immensely by undoing almost every single rule change put into place during the Goodell era. "But what about player safety?" That all gets solved by eliminating the extra game, doing away with Thursday Night Football, and testing for growth hormone and other PEDs during the offseason without prior warning.

We just rarely seem to be "clicking on all cylinders." I agree that there is a huge Allen bump in regard to our scoring due to his improvising. Kirk Cousins is a consistently good QB; Jalen Hurts is a SB MVP QB. Do either of those guys get this team to 13 wins? I don't think they do.

Here's my theory on Diggs. Most of it is simply that he is a selfish and petulant person. That's the majority of what happened. That being said: During the 2022 season, I think it started with the Hamlin caridac arrest game. If you remember, Diggs was trying to rally everyone on the sideline to go back out there. When that was ultimately overruled by other players (likely led by Allen) he probably felt like his input was ignored, and he probably felt like the team "quit." So now he had it in his head that he has no say over Allen, and when they laid an egg against Cincinnati and Allen played poorly, the BS just started snowballing. "I'm the only one who really cares about winning; I'm just as important as Josh" and so on and so forth.

The only pro athlete who used Madoff as an advisor was Sandy Koufax, but I'm still not sure what your point is. Investing your funds with a licensed professional is clearly more responsible than blowing it as fast as you make it. The fact that this particular guy was crooked was simply bad luck more than anything else.

I think the Eagles cut DeSean Jackson years ago because they thought if he wasn't an active member of a gang, he had way, way too many connections to one.
