    I think the only hope for something comparable to that with our cap situation is to hit on a draft picks, but that requires some draft capital to be spent on that position.

    Yes, the fan whiteout is something a WNBA franchise would do, and we were rightfully punished for it.

    There were three big defensive series where we needed a stop, and they gave up two long TD drives and the game-winning FG on said series. They always, always, fail to step up in big moments.

    They're soft and have zero edge. But what's important is that they are all good friends and make social media videos together and have pizza night at each other's houses.

    Many Bills fans like having a perennial playoff team and see a SB win as a nice bonus rather than the only ultimately satisfying outcome. Weird, but that is a actual viewpoint from some in this fanbase.

    I honestly don't even know how much say in the gameplan someone like Babich even has. I mean, doesn't the defense looks EXACTLY the same every year, regardless of who the DC is? What's the common denominator?

    It is just unreal how few times a McDermott defense can come up with a big stop. Letdown after letdown after letdown. It is NEVER going to change either.

    McDermott doesn't mind having subpar defensive backs that he's familiar with. We have multiple guys who fit that description.
