It can work against every team. We've gotta stop worrying about what the opposing defense does well and adjusting to that. Just go out there and let the best player in the league take control and impose his will.

Watched the end of the Grey Cup for the novelty of it, and it was interesting to see how differently the game is called by their announcing team. Nowhere near the same amount of hype or drama as the NFL. Montreal was a yard away from tying Saskatchewan with three mins left, and their QB fumbled at the goalline. The crew acted like it was any other turnover, then nobody mentioned it again for the rest of the broadcast. If that had happened in a Super Bowl, it would've been one of the most famous plays in NFL history, and they didn't seem to care all that much lol.

I like to think that Allen stumbled across this post and that it was his sole motivating force today.

They will drop a few more games. KC (and hopefully Baltimore) missing the playoffs would be HUGE.

I hope the takeaway from that, for the coaches at least, was that the plan to have a balanced, run-first offense was dumb and that we can offset our crappy defense by just letting Allen kick ass every game.

When you score 44 offensive points, the defense is irrelevant.
