  1. Anytime McDermott says "week-to-week," that means at least a month. Should have a fresh Bosa right in time for the playoffs, if we can get there.
  2. Agreed. Whoever has to go to Baltimore is drawing the toughest road assignment in Round 1, in my opinion. I think you can even make an argument that it is the toughest place in the league to play for a visitor.
  3. 2005 Steelers would be my comp. That team had to go on the road for all of their playoff games with a long-tenured coach who could never get over the hump, had no business winning the Super Bowl, but still did due to an insane amount of luck and other factors. This Bills team is going to need some good fortune (for a change) to make a real run.
  4. There are some scenarios where the Bills could lose the division but still host the AFC Championship game. Maybe we're in store for one more playoff game there...
  5. The whole "Bills Mafia" thing increased this contingent of the fanbase tenfold.
  6. We actually don't need to get over 13 Seconds. We had a future HOF QB on an all-time heater, literally playing better than any QB in postseason history, with a home AFC Championship game on the horizon, and it all went to hell because our head coach couldn't grasp basic time management. There is a Lombardi Trophy that should be in the lobby of Orchard Park that instead currently sits in L.A. because of arguably the worst end-of-game coaching in NFL playoff history. That's a big deal, and no, something like that doesn't happen to every great coach.
  7. You shouldn't be looking to limit the number of possessions your offense has when you have the best player at football at QB and a shaky defense, and that's what this staff does. It is a bizarre strategy, and it's why this team has not had success playing from behind the last couple of years.
  8. There's some truth to this, but the playcalling is still ridiculous. They had a 3rd and 10 early in the game last week where all four receivers ran routes that were 4-7 yards short of the first-down marker. No other team does stuff like this, particularly with a good QB.
  9. They can choose not to go to a new expensive stadium if the team chooses to stay in purgatory. That kinda stuff leads to changes really quick.
  10. They look like the clear Super Bowl favorites from the AFC. They were the worst team in football last year and only missed out on the first pick because we essentially threw the last game of the season against them, which we might be receiving karmic retribution for this season.
  11. Our offensive philosophy is absolutely terrible. There are only a handful of coaches, at most, over the last 40 years who would take our approach with a QB like Josh Allen. I know it's beating a dead horse, but it needs to be discussed ad nauseum. We had a 16-play drive last week that covered only 60 yards and didn’t end in a TD. That nonsense isn't sustainable, and everyone gets it but the HC and OC.
  12. I'm not quite as wary of Houston as I am teams like Indy, Baltimore, Denver, etc., but pulling for a team that has a tiebreaker advantage over us is absolutely nuts. I don’t like the Chiefs either, but I also would like to make the playoffs. This Bills team is not winning out and needs every break they can get.
  13. It's the best time during the regular season, though I do enjoy a Saturday Bills playoff game.
  14. Why do we care if the Chiefs make the playoffs? If they do, they only way they could meet the Bills would be in the AFCCG, which would almost certainly be in Buffalo. I'll take that ALLLLLL day.
  15. New England is clearly the best team in the AFC and possibly the league. They are going to be the #1 seed. What an absolute nightmare.
