Find players in FA & get them to think that your town is a happening place to be / Announce that almost no effort to find people is desired nor do we want FA, Buffalo is a town that's dying with limited resources (even though we have Millions more people near us) 3.) Show a commitment that the team is going to be here for the long haul & everything is great / Hide every possible detail to allow people worst fears to fester about the team relocating / going to the highest bidder & the area is broke or even incapable of anymore growth 4.) Find funds to build a new stadium & work to create businesses around the most popular venue in town / Take money from Erie County for improvements on a stadium that outdates most of the fans that go there with no other businesses to be found near it but parking vendors. 5.) Hire the best possible management, coaches / assistants available to make sure your building for a winning year / Any retread that is willing to take Denny's gift cards as a bonus will do, find a story to sell starving fans that season to get any warm-paying drunks in the door. 6.) Assure the fans that the highest quality products / foods are available to make it relatively comfortable for people to show up & enjoy the game / Eat or go to the bathroom at your own risk, plan on freezing & being unsheltered 7.) Get a corporate sponsors name on the door that can make long term fiscal commitments / Ralph Wilson Stadium, a self-serving prophecy. 8.) Make players feel accomodated in the locker room & have the facilities that allow them to stay there day or night / Last century technology, furniture, showers shows a lack of taste Sorry to be the bearer of the obvious but our owner sucks & our team cannot get better until someone with the desire enters in the picture & / or Ralph is gone.

Ralph is trying to buy a new toilet for his grave figuring that he can flush the team down with his ashes, that's why we can't spend anymore money but to keep our 4-12 team strong & together.

Dude, Poz has been less than average or injured since donning a Bills uniform. I cannot see how Poz constantly taking bad angles, inability to cover on passing routes & generally being slow helps the team. He is not capable of holding his own consistently, that's what the team needs in an ILB. Please stop trying to believe what the press says, they don't watch all the games for the Bills (Only Bills fans do). I don't even care what other sites say, Poz is not average at ILB. Replacing him with others that have the speed to hold the position is going to determine how we do against the run, last year was just the absolute worst with Poz in there. It was like how many yards our opponent's could get versus if we were going to stop them. I don't want to watch that again & the draft was a hint as to our biggest need, so plan on things changing throughout our defense (rightfully so). We used to actually have a great defense during our best years in Buffalo, I wasn't worried when we didn't score because I knew we had the ability to stop our opponents. If we want to win, those things have to happen again or as close as we can. Last year was an example of how far away we were, like years away & multiple players away.
