LOL, we should pay everyone in advance of their contract expirations even if they don't have one.

I didn't see it & we played historic football this past Sunday with a great come from behind victory, these types of wins being so very absent for so long (any wins being absent after last year). I found it appropriate to do now & before any future disappoints that might be on the horizon.

We had a historic victory sunday & scored a TD in every possession of a half, that's pretty rare air. Another thing is that the Jets are being picked to lose against the Raiders on PFT, so there is a respect for the Bills that's coming about. All of those things equal a turn around, which is a change of direction.

We stunk it up to start 2003 if you count the first half & didn't have these kinds of stats. Bledsoe end up with 11 TD's starting all 16 games & was a statue at the end of his career, so I think the comparisons get more even on the WR front with a much younger group here.

I hear it's too early thoughts but we have played way better than predicted, I mean like kick*** better. Therefore it's not too early to write in how bad you thought it was going to be & how much better of an outlook you have. Everyone likes to talk about the past so they're right but that's a self-defense mechanism, this here is a straight out I am suprised how well they have done & it looks like I'll be watching football on Sundays versus trim trees. Everyone here has to admit they had some level of concern going into this season & at least some of that has been alleviated at this point, that's the premise here.

I've been reading many different opinions & after watching the first few games, I'll admit I was wrong. I was wrong about Chan, Nix & their decisions on how to improve our team. I felt that we needed much more work to start being competitive & after seeing the effort / heart the team has, the chemistry is working. This team has a heartbeat bigger than most & talent that plays it's heart out, it shows on the scoreboard & in the stats. The efforts made by the players cannot go unrecognized & I hope that the powers that be step up & pay them accordingly, without the players having to voice themselves to the media. This thread is designed to man up & call out past things you have said or thought that basically is like confession (Catholic thing). After doing this, think of the Whammie Weenie that we all are & hum the Bills shout song, then all things that you thought are purged & you can become a fan again. GO BILLS!

This & we'll throw in vocabulary lessons with speech therapy on our dime.

I had a severe emotional shift at the end, almost as my heart almost healed then hardened again. 50 years of puke doesn't justify blind loyalty, we are built to fail right now.

We've ignored a huge problem in the O-line & had the ability to address it, we haven't yet. There is still time to make amends, contact all the OT - FA available & find help.

The O-line is a complete cluster-F, this just proves it. For all those people trying to convince me that the game plan in Denver was vanilla & we'll get better, better think again. This team & the under on wins are going to be a good bet. You do all remember the firing of our OC right before the start of & all the confusion, right? It's going to happen again on the O-line, last minute scrambling. I'm sick of watching the old man do nothing to improve the team & pocket the difference. You optomistic guys better find higher ground, the water is going to rise fast.

Good point. Is isn't like we didn't have the cap room to offer him more, his family meant more to him then the money he could of made is the common theory (however rare that is these days).

Dan brought in players near the twilight of their career for huge money & brought in prime talented players. Ville Lieno is soon to be 29 (11-6-83 BD), Regehr is 30, Ehrhoff is 29.

I'm having a very difficult time following you buck the obvious. You think the Sabres specifically addressing their terrible defense with 2 of the most talented / young proven guys out there falls in a Redskins mode ?? The guys we brought in just gave us probably the most hard hitting / scoring talented defense in the League, you're way off base. Ville Lieno is one of the hardest working guys at LW & could possibly play center (he has before) if needed. I think your inner child's need for the positive has proven you off-track, better re-group here & find better things to poke holes in. P.S. The Sabres salary cap arrangements will easily be made (when needed), so don't bother coming back with the "Sabres spend too much" BS, that will not be the case with the talent we have onboard now.

BB is 100% accurate & no matter how little or much planning went into it, it's scary too see. Basic things needed happen & didn't, especially on the O-line.
